    Tenth Anniversary
I had 2 SOs set up and the one from the donor Nationwide account to another Nationwide account failed. I checked with the Nationwide who said it had been set up properly then called the Co-op who said they could see it, but it was showing as being cancelled so they reinstated it.

Looks like a few have had problems switching from Nationwide to the Co-op.

I just hope it doesn't prevent the switching bonus being paid.

My switch bonus has been paid, despite them losing one of the 2 DDs in the switching process.

    There's a pattern here (with a sample size of 3) ;)

My switch completed on 28th February, which would hopefully indicate the £100 is due next Thursday (i.e. The fifth Thursday after your switch completion date).

Well my pattern has been disproven. Still no £100 in my account :(

I was hoping the pattern you pointed out was going to be proven correct! My switch date was 27/02 and i'm still waiting for the £100.

I was expecting mine on Monday too looking at switch date alone.

I suspect its down to when the first standing orders / direct debits came out too. i.e. mine were quite some time after the switch.

    Thats what I'm hoping anyway.

I can't remember my exact switch date but there's at most 7 days before the £100 deadline passes...
  • Switch completed on 24/2 into standard account. Switched over 5 SO and 1 DD, paid in £1000 on 5/3 and withdrew on 6/3, so have satisfied all their conditions and still no £100....

They have until this Friday and then the 45 days are up and I will be calling them.
