but I strongly suspect that this could be the nub of the issue as a friend applied on the same day as me and switched 3 SOs and paid in the £800 at the same time as I did and got her £100 over two weeks ago. The only difference is that her account transferred with a small balance of £10 and mine had a zero balance. Go figure.

    Thanks for this update.

I had a small balance switched as part of the transfer and still no £100.....

thanks for that info Elefanchito, what a complete kerfuffle!
I had a balance of £100 and 2 SO's switched. I paid in £800 immediately and paid in another £800 2 weeks later. The 2 SO's have been paid out twice now and my old account was closed. The mind boggles

I believe they have moved the conditions slightly - it is 45 days from the date that you satisfy the £800 paid in requirement. So probably not much point in calling until after that date.

Can confirm it's 45 days from switch. Contact them if delayed.

They checked the 'notes' on my account and confirmed I qualify and when I told them it's now been 45 days from my switch date, they said wait until 45 days from the date they sent my switch complete confirmation letter. I don't hold much hope I'll have it by then either...

I used 01695 53760 and then the hash option to speak to an advisor.

Not that it was any help. Switching team work 8-4 so will be calling the same number tomorrow and asking to be transfered between those times.

They also advised me my switch date was 26/02 and the 45 days started from then.

My £800 payment was actually the day before I got my switch confirmation letter, so either way 45 days have passed.

Just called them and, after being on hold for over ten minutes, was told that I'd fulfilled the criteria and should've been paid. They said I'd be paid within 10 working days from today. >_>

The last time I switched an account to the co-op for an introductory bonus it took almost twelve months and a dozen phone calls to get the payout.

    Fingers crossed that they've improved.

I must be bloody psychic. Same bank, same bleeding rigmarole.

I've just initiated the complaint process, they royally stuffed up my transfer and now haven't paid the £100, I'll need more than that to stay

Anyone else unable to log in at the moment?

Edit: Appear work in Chrome but not firefox?

Anyone who got the £100 without chasing had to wait more than 45 days after switch complete date? I.e. if it is over 45 days should I chase or wait a few more?
    I think....
