Just received my £100 incentive.
Switch complete 20th March
Bonus paid 22nd April
I will now be cancelling my standing orders and wont be actively using the account. Not a big fan of their online banking as i find it takes a while to login. So plus there is no incentive to continue using so i will be using my TSB account instead.0 -
our switch dates were 26 and 27th feb. funded accounts 2 days after switch. No £100 incentive. We have both called and told. yup u guessed it. details passed to switch team.:(3.55kw 2 systems 2.3 se 1.25 sw installed may 2011 and oct 2011..

Paid at last! The shock when I logged in was almost worth the wait (I count 54 days from the switch date of 28th Feb). It seems speaking to a manager has its advantages...0

Me too, though I'm not sure I'd go as far as to say 'worth the wait'/'worth it'!
It's involved soooo much hassle, and their internet banking site is awful to use. I'm happy to have logged off for the last time!0
