Don't forget to nominate a charity to receive £25 (You don't need to log in)

  • Just checked and I have been paid too :T:T

Called up last weds just to ask where it was, details passed on to the switching team and came in yesterday (weds) so a week including bank holidays isn't too bad.
Time to cancel my sto until I need an account to switch to somewhere else :rotfl:

Switch completed 26/02 and still no payment. Called on Friday 18th and was told that they'll look into it and give me a call on Tuesday. Received no phone call on Tuesday so waited until this morning.

Just been told by the adviser that they tried calling twice but had no response (Someone's always been home). Apparently there were notes on the account that I would not receive the £100 as I paid in the required £800 and took it out on the same day. Adviser told me that there were several people that have made this 'mistake' and would not receive the £100.

I informed the adviser that I have read the T&C's and there is no mention of how long the £800 had to be in the account. She then proceeded to read the full T&C's over the phone and then replied with 'yea you're right' in a very surprised voiced.

I've given them until next Friday or I will put in an official complaint, so it's now being passed on to the 'dedicated team'.

She then tried to sign me up for a credit card so that all my banking could be in one place.

    .

They seem to do a lot of this 'promise we'll call you' but never actually do. It happened to me too.

The official complaint is the way to go. Mine was paid 24hrs after raising one.

3 days after the switch and the £100 was paid 33 days after the switch.

So there's hope for my £100 yet!

I switched on the 24th March and paid £1000 in 2 days after

They called me as promised, despite me asking them not to - I didn't pick up :)

Do you think it is ok to cancel the SO's/DD's that were switched once you have received the £100?

I cancelled them as soon as they were switched.

Nothing in the T&Cs which state you can't. I cancelled my SOs immediately after receiving mine.
  • Me too, after transfering the £100 out

    + 45 days = 14/4.
Phoned again today " we need to check you qualify" she said the 45 days started from paying in the £800 (i pointed out it doesn't).
"I will email details for payment within 10 working days"
I asked for Complaints No (just in case). She couldn't find one.
    Have diaried for 9/5
