grow up? people are being killed on the roads. The apathy is from those like yourself who cant see the thin end of the wedge.
Many drivers see close passes(AKA punishment passes) and the likes as minor.
The reality is they are life threatening

And that relates to the complete non event we're discussing, that was elevated entirely by the cyclist how?

Cyclists, drivers, pedestrians are all victims of the potentially dangerous acts of other trust users on a near daily basis. Funny they don't see the need to react in the way the cyclist you're blindly defending did.

Like I said, grow up. Learn a sense of proportion.

    What's your foundation for opinion?
    Experience in cycling?
I have 20+ years in both
All I hear is the same old same old from someone with no concept of the reality of cycling on todays roads.

Having looked at your thread about cyclists deaths, you fail to comprehend that sentencing given is within current guidelines. Do you understand that press reports are often biased and not the full facts as heard in court?

I have the 'benefit' of knowing what its like in the real world.

That's one place you are not, if you believe you and your brethren can turn the UK into some sort of cycling nirvana. You ask a classroom of teens if they aspire to have a nice car or a nice push-bike when they older and see the result.

Did you notice who was breaking the road law in the video?

Yes, the driver and the cyclists (not entering the ASZ via a feeder lane) but you have studiously avoided addressing that point in your comments. Picking and choosing the rules to obey and those to disregard?

    Does that make it aright?
Are people resurrected along with sentencing guidelines?

I ride a motorcycle in London and used to ride a road cycle (a Fuji) at the weekends.

Its quite telling you consider 20 years cycling experience is enough To abandon any objective view on the subject

Look, you won't be happy until the death penalty is brought in for any motorist who kills a cyclist. And your posts here show that will be regardless of who is to blame.

It's there for anyone who wishes to read it. You seem to disagree with every one, so there's no point.

So in short you are right and all the cases were in line with sentencing guidelines?
