That's brilliant! I got Littley's pressie in their sale on Sunday. Got an £80 Lego set for £25 thanks to sale price, nectar points & a voucher. Was a much sought after present and one that I couldn't really afford so I'm made up - and so will Littley be!
Can't wait to see how much you saved today.xx

It was mum to one. :-)
Just updating £150 paid towards NYC trip today.
Nothing else to update really...I'm counting down the days to my laser surgery looks like I will have approx £1,000 for the surgery date itself. Got £600 so far, I'm getting £240 overtime this week, then the following week should get £200 OT. I will pay the remainder £600 off on payday which is a few days after the surgery but at least it's in the same month. So won't have added to my monthly bills debt.
So by end of November I should have paid for laser eye surgery eek. And I will owe £500 to New York. I won't be doing any OT for two weeks after my op as I will be recovering so next chunk off nyc will be with Decembers OT.
I'm going to try and get a couple more xmas presents today.
Hope everyone is well, thank you to everyone who reads xx3rd LBM July 2014: Debt [STRIKE]£31,416.68[/STRIKE] Down To: [STRIKE] £23,403.43[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]15th July: £25,709.83[/STRIKE] 26th March: £31,229.68

Made a mistake today I paid the wrong account!!! I paid £200 towards New York instead of putting it in my laser pot fund. I only realised when I've come to update my diary I remembered what my original plan was.
Oh well, I'm off to juggle some accounts see what I can sort. I will be back later with a solution.
On a positive note I now only owe £300 to New York trip.3rd LBM July 2014: Debt [STRIKE]£31,416.68[/STRIKE] Down To: [STRIKE] £23,403.43[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]15th July: £25,709.83[/STRIKE] 26th March: £31,229.68

Feeling a bit blah this afternoon, got a weeks annual leave the week after next week.
Won't be doing overtime as would have just had my op.
So guys to cheer myself up and snap out my blah mood, I've had the calculator out. I calculated my outstanding debts figure (was going to wait until xmas but I need motivating) I have included New York into the total which weren't part of the original debt total.
I haven't included the laser treatment until it's performed, as an agreement hasn't been started.
Outstanding Debt is £25,494.11
£5925.57 paid so farIm sure I had a target total in mind will look through previous posts to find what is x

I'm back and a lot to catch up on. My signature is going to take some changing
I've had my laser surgery which was successful however there was a discrepancy with the original price quoted basically couldn't use my nhs discount on top of deal quoted. But in goodwill they met me halfway.
So I paid £775 in cash and I had to put £1,000 on my cc now I know I could have taken there 0% April over two years offer but I know I can clear my cc a lot quicker without taking out another credit agreement.
So I can now see without glasses my laser surgery went well, I'm pleased with the results. I still have to minimalise my time on computers which is really hard.
I had a car accident before the eye surgery and I'm waiting to here from insurance company I could end up paying £650 excess which I'm hoping I dont as it the accident was not my fault.
I'm on annual leave still not done any overtime for two weeks whilst I've been recovering from my operation. Slowly going stir crazy.
I have successfully brought all my xmas and kids birthday presents and got a few last min bargains on Black Friday. So my xmas total in my savings is back at £50 to start from scratch.
I will update my signature soon...I've missed you all xx3rd LBM July 2014: Debt [STRIKE]£31,416.68[/STRIKE] Down To: [STRIKE] £23,403.43[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]15th July: £25,709.83[/STRIKE] 26th March: £31,229.68
