Have You Had a Psychic Read?

Hi All,

Just as the heading says have you ever had any and if so what was your experience?

I met a girl who does them for free and she did a couple for me online and pretty much all of what she said came to pass and it wasn't general either. I'm still not sure if I believe but i would be interested in your thoughts.

Thanks

  • No, I wouldn't waste my time or my money on such total b0ll0cks. Other people can choose to do what they like
  • No. Why on earth would I? It's a load of bunkum.

  • Give us an example of something she said which came true. I haven't had one myself but probably would give it a go if it was free

It was regarding a specific family member getting in touch whom I had never heard from before.

ah, I find it quite interesting. I mean, if she's doing it for free she must at the very least believe she is psychic, or why bother

She doesn't read upon request either - it's only when talking to her about other things she then tells me something if something comes to her. We've had a few arguments as some of what she said sound either foolish or too good to be true - but I have went back to apologise when it has came true.

I'm not necessarily a believer on the contrary probably - hence why I started this thread to get other views.

    No, I haven't.

I've studied various psychology related sciences, including criminal psychology. The human mind, despite all its complexities, can be an easy thing to manipulate for those who know how and if you know how it is shockingly easy to make people believe what you want them to believe.

Out of pure conicidence, I was showing my son how these things are a complete con just last night.

To prove it to him, I "read my daughter's mind" (asked her to think of a specific event that has happened in her life and i "guessed it" completely right).

I then repeated the process with my other daughter.

It's all a load of nonsense. If I can do it, anyone can.
