Mighty Deals - appalling customer service

I also have been having horrific problems with Mighty Deals. I requested a refund on 27th January, received an email on 5th Feb indicating my request was being passed to a manager, and nothing since. No reply to several emails, and their 'customer support' number just rings out. Going to look at Chargeback on my credit card to secure refund as Might Deals are obviously not interested.
Shame, because I have had one good experience with Mighty Deals...but 1 out of 3 is not good enogh odds to me. Will stick to Groupon in future.0 -

Hello,
If this issue has not been resolved, please send me your voucher to twitter@mightydeals.co.uk and I will try to resolve this for you.
Thank you.

I have to agree about the appalling customer service mighty deals have. It has taken me 6 months to get an itwm replaced, no one kept me informed I had to periodically email in only to find out nothing was really happening and someone else would push it a little further on. No one even informed me the situation was sorted, the product just arrived last week. None of the emails I received were even remotely apologetic. I was and still am disgusted. Even more so now as I (stupidly) purchased another voucher that isn't working. It is now nearing a month since I first emailed in about it, sent anogher last week, no response to either.0

I'm glad it's not just me that's having horrendous issues with Customer Services at Mighty Deals.
I have been complaining since February this year via email and then their webforms about the non-delivery of two products I purchased via Mighty Deals. The selling company are ignoring me and Mighty Deals keep marking my complaints as "solved" or closed" without even bothering to reply to my emails. I got a reply to say they'd emailed the seller and expected a reply in 24 hours and promptly marked the case as "solved". I'm out of pocket and so frustrated by the terrible lack of customer service. It's unbelievable that they won't even reply to my emails.
I sent a new complaint complaining about customer services but that languishes unanswered too.
Terrible.Jillsa0 -
I have been trying for weeks to get a reply from Mighty Deals as they still owe me a little money. As you probably know they have now cut their phone line so the only contact is by email which they do not respond to. I have also sent an email to their MD, * who is also ignoring my email or he is so inundated with complaints that he doesn't have enough hours in the day to deal with them!!! Thanks MSE for the chance to get this in the forum so that people are warned not to use a company where you cannot get any customer service. Shame on them.0

Excellent. I posted a complaint about Mighty Deals and one of their staff in particular - she O(the one I named and shamed) marked it "solved" without replying - classy and oh so professional!Jillsa0

I purchased a voucher on mighty deals on he 30th Mar 2014 for a digital camera £288.98 including the extra for postage.
I redeemed my voucher on 31st Mar and received an email confirming redemption. The email said allow up to 24 days for delivery.
I have not received the camera, when I log on to the voucher on the my deals section it says the voucher has expired???
I have sent requests on the website using the 'ticket' system. Each time these requests are being shown as solved but no one is replying to me!!
There are no other contact details showing who is supplying the camera so i have no one else I can contact :-(
Can anyone help??0 -

Post on their Facebook page that's finally how I got a reply and an alleged refund - they say it's being processed. Good luckJillsa0 -
Serves me right for not checking out reviews of Mighty deals before using their 'service'. Their business model is built around people not remembering to go through all the steps to redeem their 'voucher' and when they do hope that they don't mind not receiving the product since they will give up because of the abysmal service they receive (which seems to be the case for many who have posted here!).
I purchased my phone charger in early March. A month later I still had not received the product. My initial customer service request which dates from 2 April was to inquire about the status of my order. After a few days I was told the product was on its way. A few weeks go by and still nothing. I then sent a follow up email on 20 April and another a few days later and still have not received a reply. According to their website, "We aim to respond to all customer tickets within two working days". Ha.
It is not surprising that they no longer have a telephone customer service line. AVOID.
I guess it is time to go to my credit card company to get my money back. Maybe that is the only way to get through to them.0
