I too have had no end of problems with MightyDeals. I am still awaiting a refund from them and have been for the last 6 weeks. They refuse to reply to emails and even their director can't even bother to respond. Please don't use this company. I have never come across such poor customer service.0

I bought garden furniture from mighty deals costing £279.00 plus postage, on the 21st April. I redeemed the voucher and have heard absolutely nothing from them.. I too have tried their ticket system 4 times with no response. I have also tried using 'resolver' and I get an email saying they are dealing with it but still nothing. It is so frustrating as not only can you not speak to anyone, but you get no direct contact even by email. A courteous reply to say they are looking into it would be start. I am no going to trading standards. At this rate the summer will be over. I am now going to try their facebook page as previously recommended.0

I have a long and sorry saga with MightyDeals when I bought a refurbished iphone 5s on 16/11/2017 from Ultimo Electronics with a 12 month warranty via Mighty Deals.co.uk. for £167.98 INCLUDING 9.99 DELIVERY CHARGE
I then turned it on/off as it was a Christmas Present and just made a cursory check of the item.
December 25th came and gave to daughter. – Immediately it would turn itself off at 44% battery charge.
I contacted Ultimo Electronics on 4th Jan to say that it would not hold the charge.
I then returned it 11th Jan (delay in return was no fault of theirs).
21st Jan - I then received it back and it would not turn on at all. They suggested DFU Boot etc – none of which fixed it.
26th Jan they said that if I returned it then they would replace it for me.
Chased them 8th Feb and they said that they would despatch me a ‘new’ phone next day.
Chased again on 16th Feb and got the response
‘Our technicians are still attempting to fix the problem with your device, software issues are usually not covered under our warranty, however we are trying everything we possibly can to resolve this for you.
We will be in contact shortly regarding your device.
‘
Contacted Mighty Deals, and raised a case on 24 Feb as the vendor and got nothing back.
I have sent them a letter threatening Small Claims Court. Not heard anything. I am 100% willing to go to small claims court, but just questioning whether I should be taking Mighty deals or Ultima Electronics..
Are Mighty deals going to hide behind the line 'we only sell vouchers'..
Thanks Dave0 -
Two months ago I bought three iPhone’s from Might Deals, one was fine, the other two were defective, one had significant damage to the case, the other with a power button not working.
It took some time before these got replaced, only to my horror, I was sent back the exact same one with the power button failure (I recognised the scratches and markings to the back and side) and the other has volume buttons not working:mad:
It has been nearly three weeks since I notified the mighty-deals and still I have no acknowledgment of my complaint at having been sent two new faulty devices, despite sending in video evidence of this immediately.:mad:0 -
I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS RECENTLY WITH THEM. Purchased items in September that are still outstanding, one item actually arrived today so two still outstanding. Purchased a second hand computer which arrived in good time, however it has win7 installed when it was advertised as Win10. When I contacted them they have told me how to download Win10. i have now purchased a memory stick and will have to try to follow the instructions. This was a false description, I have contacted Consumerline as the supplier is in N Ireland, waiting for their response.:grouphug: Threewheeler0

I will definately challenge this company until I get my money back to the amount of £52. I placed the order a couple of weeks and received an email to review the item I ordered eventhough I never received it so am not going to give up on attempting to get my refund from this bad company that I was intriduced to by a friend of mine and he is regretting for referring me. I queried with the refund issue after I received review item email and never gor even one response even though I sent them multiple emails about the same item and received tickets of query for each email I sent and yet no response after 72 hours passed on for every query and there is no a number to call and complain. I asked my friend to contact ehm for me through his account and hope to get response through him I am so angery and hope you managed to sort your query and got your refund Thank you for sharing your experience.0
