Thank you for your reply. Can you please delete your message now that I have printed up my long awaited Debenhams voucher as I'm concerned anyone can print this up and use it.
I have been checking both email and Mighty Deals account more than once a day and I have received nothing since 30 March. No reply to my ticket which you say was on 21/4 - in fact, there's no sign of my ticket when I click on that particular tab!

Unbelievable eh! Good job, I've done some retail therapy and redeemed my voucher. I was a bit worried when I entered the gift card code in case someone had already used it before I did!
I have just bought some bits online and the code worked. I even tried again, just to make sure it wouldn't be able to be used a second time.

Ah, that's good news! :-) I thought at first I may have been misunderstanding how the voucher worked, it seemed like such a silly thing for them to do.
