    I bought the Debenhams £10 e-gift card for £5 and I've yet to receive the email message and link to print out the Debenhams voucher :( I've been on this website and read all the complaints against MightyDeals and I've even emailed them based on messages like above but I've not heard back from them at all! Been days now :(

  • People you are dealing with a one-man band who relies on retailers for service provision. ANY business that does not offer a phone number (that gets answered!) is to be avoided, basic rule of Internet shopping.


    The poor lad is probably sobbing in the corner of his bedroom with the curtains closed :p

    I have already done this and have yet to have a reply back! Bought this Debenhams offer on 30 March and wrote an email to you on 5 April and am still patiently and frustratingly waiting for a reply email back or an acknowledgment. I have already emailed giving you my voucher code and email address.

    I will do it again now.

    I originally sent an email on 5 April and after seeing your message on 9 April, I have resent my email to the email quoted in the previous posts on 10 April, and I am still waiting for a reply/answer/outcome!!! This is disgraceful seeing as I purchased this Debenhams offer on 30 March 2015 and the money has been taken out of the account and nothing to be shown for!

    Thank you for your reply. The email message has been sent to the email you have mentioned in the above posts. I have copied/pasted so that the spellings have been correct and I have not had the emails bounced back.

    I even included a screen shot/print screen picture of what I see on the screen showing that I have bought the Mighty Deal offer, have the code and redeemed it and look forward to an email if I've been successful. Can't do anything when I click on "View Voucher" though.

    I'd rather not write the whole email that I used to pay Mighty Deals, can I give you a bit of it or PM you? Can I give you a few letters at the beginning or end and the domain address? Let me know.
