What did you expect? Isn't it enough that he's doing the cooking;)

Haha you may have a point there :)

Almost a NSD today, just £1 on bread. OH's cousin has arrived today for a wee visit and so OH is cooking a meal for us tonight. However, I'm slightly annoyed as he is using 3 chicken breasts which would normally last us 3 meals (we normally have casseroles, fajitas etc to eek out 1 breast between the two of us). However, when I pointed this I just got a blank stare.

    This cracked me up. :rotfl:

Yep I most definitely am, clearly I'm going to have to work on OH though.

I went to A*di today and got a proper shop. I spent £25, however, OH gave me £10 and his cousin also gave me £10 so really just £5 spent :) I have also managed a wee £2.33 payment to cc1 :)

A low spend day today, just £2.59 on bread and milk :)

I got my payslip for 2nd job so will do a budget tomorrow.

    So budget for tomorrow's pay - £82.82
    - £15.99 mobile broadband
    - £15 contact lens
    - £10 toiletries
    - £1.83 cc1
Leaving £40 which will be for food and social spends. I've been invited out for tea twice next week and have decided to go to both but just choose cheap options and no alcohol. I really need to find a way to minimise my social spends though as this is always something that I struggle with.

On the plus side, I've signed up to do some mystery shopping at the end of the month so that will be a little extra that I hadn't been expecting :)

Forgot to say in my previous post that today has been a NSD :) and not planning on going out anywhere. I'm really rubbish at NSDs so 2 in 3 days is good going for me.

OH should also give me some money tomorrow when he gets paid, however, it will need to go towards paying for the car that we used to get to the wedding as I still need £80 for this.

Payday today so I have made the £1.83 payment to cc1. The loan repayment has gone out today, as usual I'll wait until the months interest has been added on before updating my signature. Once I've added it to my signature, I will have passed 25% paid :j:j

Right I'm going to go to the gym now as I still haven't been at all this week.

OH gave me £100 so £80 for the car and £20 I put towards food as we decided to do a bit of a stockup shop this morning. Spent £31.95 in A*di so between that and the shop I did earlier in the week we should have enough food to keep us going for a few weeks. I have a feeling the next couple of weeks might be a bit tight as I haven't been working for 2nd job as much as I usually do and OH has no shifts booked for next week yet.
