Nothing much to report today. I worked a shift for 2nd job this morning and just doing a few bits and bobs in the flat now. Its been a NSD so far and I've no plans to leave the flat again today so should achieve this.

Well today has been a super spendy day :(
    - £79.99 suit for OH
    - £17 shirt for OH
    - £13 toiletries
    - £13.58 cleaning products
    - £4 mop and bucket
    - £4.49 doorstop and hacksaw

The suit and shirt came out of the wedding fund so that's OH sorted except for a tie. I'm going to get a dress tomorrow and I won't stop shopping until I find one! That's the plan anyway.

The wedding fund will be getting a little boost from my lovely dad who is insisting on giving us some money towards fuel costs :A

    I also made a wee 52p payment to cc1.

  • I know it'd be another outlay but is there any chance of oh getting a second pair of trousers with the suit. It really does prolong its lifespan.

Hi INOD  Thanks for the tip, sounds like a great idea. I'll pass it on to OH when he gets home.

I bought a dress :j:j and for a bargain price of £24 :D I still need shoes and jewellery but that can wait for another day. Since I got such a bargain on the dress, I also bought a duvet cover set and a throw for the sofa for £20. I had budgeted £100 for my outfit so I've still got £55 left.

The loan repayment went out today but as usual I'll wait until the interest is added on before I update my signature. I have also made a 65p payment to cc1.

The new throw looks great on the sofa and in fact I'm going to buy another one for the other sofa. It's only £6 and then thats it - I'm not buying anything else for the flat.

Today I will need to get bread and milk. I also have a course for the last few hours of work so will need bus fare to get there.

So spends for yesterday were £6 on another throw, £2.20 on bus fare and £1.74 on milk and bread. Today just £2.20 on bus fare home from work as it is an utterly miserable day here. The mobile broadband direct debit has also gone out today.

I've been trying to buy my friends present and getting very  as I know exactly what I want to get her but having difficulties finding somewhere to buy it that will ship to Canada. Very frustrating, I guess I'll just have to think of something else to give her.

I got my payslip from 2nd job today so will get £101.62 tomorrow.
    - £15 for contact lens direct debit
    - £27.70 car club direct debit
    - £5.50 TV licence
    - £20 food
Leaving £33.42. I have a meal out on Saturday for another friends birthday (everyone turning 30 this year - so expensive!). It's at a very posh hotel so I don't imagine it will be a cheap night. I'm planning to avoid drinking alcohol all together and choose cheaper menu options, fingers crossed it won't be too bad. Until I know the damage from that, I won't make any overpayments/payments to wedding fund.

Yesterday was a NSD :) Today I've paid the tv licence, spent £13 on a pair of shoes for the wedding and bought 3 birthday cards for £4. The interest was added on for the loan and cc1 so I've updated my signature - won't be long until I hit 25% paid :j

Hi ani*fan. Thanks, yep I'm plodding along quite happily in the right direction. Your signature is looking fab also :)

It feels like ages since I've last posted but not really I know.

    Saturday
The meal out on Saturday night cost £45 :( Bit more than I had hoped but the food was amazing! And it was so lovely to see my friends. OH has been working more recently and gave me £50 so this covered the meal.

    Sunday
I was working all day so it was a NSD other than £2.20 bus fare home from work.

    Yesterday
I bought a birthday present for my friend in Canada which cost £28. I'll get it wrapped up and sent away today. I also spent £14.45 on food and the contact lens direct debit went out.

Today I've got a day off so going to go to the gym and tidy the flat. I'll also have a little look at my bank account and see what I can move over to the wedding fund/cc1.

Just had a wee check of my online banking and my dad has put in more than I expected so have transferred £80 to the wedding fund and made a £7.58 payment to cc1.
