Miss Tara what are you going to do when you are debt free :) x

Haha good question monz. Plan is to then try and save the amount that I usually pay to debt towards a house deposit. Have been so focused paying off debt the last few years, hopefully I can keep the same focus while saving.

So B&Q visit cost me £6.98, happy with that, still haven't got round to actually mending the tile though. A job for over the weekend. Yesterday was a NSD.

Went to the doctors yesterday so I'm to keep a food/symptom diary for a month to see if anything triggers it in case I've developed an intolerance to something else. I also have to go back for blood tests to check my iron levels and everything else.

Payday today from 2nd job - £47.12 so have paid £7.12 to the loan (it's now under £550 :D so close to being paid off), £20 to the direct debit account to cover some of what I borrowed for the electricity bill and £20 for food.
    Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500  1.8.25 - £106,362.86
    Mortgage overpayment savings - £3.33/£50
Mortgage overpayments so far - £675.98

Yesterday I put in £15 to various collections at work - 2 birthdays this month plus someone leaving. Thankfully we're a small team so don't have to put in often. I also spent £14.68 at the supermarket, due to my mammoth shop last week we only needed fruit, veg and some cold meat. I also bought a heap of reduced price gluten free bakery items to go into the freezer.

I mended the chip in the tile yesterday, it takes 24 hours to dry and then I'll paint them this afternoon. Will need to go and buy a paintbrush today though. I'm also going to take some money out of savings to buy some new work shoes, had to throw out a pair during the week as there was a crack in the soles and my other pair look like they are going the same way.

I did a bit of a clear out of my wardrobe as well yesterday. I've lost over a stone and a half in the last year so identified 7 dresses and a skirt which are now far too big. A lot of the clothes that I wear at the moment are too big as I've never really bought any new clothes other than a few tops at charity shops but I just make do by wearing a belt. Once I become debt free, I think I will treat myself to some new clothes :D

Today I'm off work so planning a fairly relaxing day, going to do some baking later. Was hoping that me and OH could go out for a walk this afternoon but will have to see what the weather does, at the moment it looks like it is going to rain.

    Still here monz :D

    Sunday
Bought a paintbrush from the poundshop which did the job so tiles in the kitchen are now all freshly painted. I also spent £12.99 on a new pair of workshoes.

    Monday
A NSD :) We had someone round at the flat checking the electrics so had to pull out all the furniture so he could get to the plugs. Was a bit of a pain but at least under everything has been hoovered. Also did some clearing out so had two black bags for the bin and have two to go to the charity shop.

    Yesterday
Another NSD :) it was my birthday so OH paid for icecream in the park and then some nice food from Markies as a birthday treat. Had a lovely day, bonus that it was such beautiful weather.

    Today
Blood tests this morning so will find out the results next week. OH then had a hospital appointment so they are going to increase his medication which will hopefully stop the seizures he's been having. Fingers crossed :) Spends for today are £1 on milk and £1.70 on some juice at the hospital.

Loan repayment went out today so now at 85.4% paid :T down to the last 15%. Think that's all I've to report. Will be heading for an early night as I'm working a shift for 2nd job tomorrow morning, then going to visit my gran and then working a late shift at my work so a busy day.

Thanks monz, I did have a good birthday, fairly relaxed but was spoiled :D

Spent £16.40 at the supermarket today and also paid £3.06 towards the loan. Payday today from 2nd job and got £43.06 so the £40 is for a night out tomorrow with the girls, hopefully will have some change from that though :)

    Thanks ani :D

Had a spendy weekend, kept to my £40 budget for night out on Saturday but only just, certainly didn't have a lot of change. On Sunday I went out to get some hangover supplies and ended up spending £17.31 :o which has taken me over my monthly food budget and it's only the middle of the month :o. Yesterday was a NSD, today I've had to buy a kettle (£15) as our one died last night.

I spent some of my birthday vouchers at the weekend and got some new running gear. Still haven't done much training for the 5k which is next weekend so really need to get on that.

I got my blood test results back so as expected my iron levels are low, need to pick up a prescription for iron tablets tomorrow.

I start work at 2 today so have done some cleaning and ironing, now just to relax and have some lunch before I go.

    Thanks monz :D

NSDs the last 2 days, today I got eggs, milk and washing up liquid so £3.30 spent. I finally picked up my prescription today so hoping the tablets make a huge difference quickly.

I went to loccitane and picked up a free box of minis courtesy of Martin's email this week. I have also been to the gym this morning and managed a wee run.
