Thanks for your post monz - OH has a hospital appointment next month so hoping that the doctor will change/up his meds, think that would really help. I'm now registered at a new doctors so have made an appointment, will see what they can suggest for me. And I've set up a meeting with my manager next week to discuss work issues so hopefully things will be better soon :)

Meant to post last night but fell asleep on the sofa really early. Yesterday was a spend day - picked up my bridesmaids dress from the tailor (needed taking up a few inches) so that was £25 and also spent £16.04 on a wee shop to keep OH going while I'm away.

Payslip is through so will get £62.06 tomorrow, will put the £2.06 to the debt and the rest is for the weekend. Will need around £25 for the rest of travel costs and I don't have much planned for over the weekend so shouldn't cost too much.

Had a lovely weekend away and although physically I don't feel any better, I feel rested and more able to deal with things which is good. I also came back with around £20 which I'll use for food shopping this week. Right best get off to bed, working early tomorrow.

Spent £11.20 on food yesterday to do until payday on Thursday. It's been a NSD today :) Not much else to report - still working on the budget for Thursday, money is just not stretching far enough!

    Payday :j so got £1585.02
    - £1200 bills and direct debits
    - £100 food
    - £55.02 debt repayments
    - £50 me
    - £50 electricity bill
    - £30 presents
    - £100 savings

After paying the £55.02 to debt, I've now paid off 82.8% :D My target for next month is to get under £1500, my aim for May is to save as much as possible rather than plough everything into paying off debt.

Today has been a super spendy day - spent £90.81 on food. Decided to try doing a big shop at the start of the month and then will only need to get fruit, veg, milk, etc each week. Have left myself with just under £40 left in the food budget for May so not really sure if it will work. I've also spent £33.59 from the 'me' budget on toiletries and makeup.

May is going to be a busy and spendy month I think - going to see a friends band, running the 5k race, a friends leaving do, my birthday. Will try and keep costs to a minimum and work is short staffed so will be able to pick up lots of overtime :)

Only did one very short shift for 2nd job last week so will get £22.81 tomorrow, planning to pay the £2.81 to debt and will put the £20 towards the electricity bill.

Didn't manage to post last night as I fell asleep on the sofa really early. Think I will ask to get my iron levels checked again when I'm at the doctor's on Thursday as I constantly feel tired and no energy at the moment.

Yesterday was a NSD and hopefully today will be one as well. I start work at 12 today so planning a lazy morning. I had a meeting yesterday with my manager so have discussed various work issues, feel a lot better now that I have talked to her.

Got the electricity bill yesterday - £196.54  It's estimated so hopefully will go down a bit once I submit the readings. I currently have £145 saved towards it so hoping it won't be much more than that.

Submitted the readings and the electricity bill is now £181.34 so marginally better but still a lot more than I was hoping.

A spendy day today - paid the electricity bill (borrowed some money from the DD account to make up the difference), council tax, tv licence and bought milk.

Planning an early night as didn't sleep well last night and a busy day at work tomorrow.

One of the ladies at work was selling raffle tickets to support her grandson's football team so spent £3 on a few yesterday. I'm just away to get organised and head out for a shift for 2nd job and then after I'm going to B&Q to see if I can find something to fix a chipped tile in the kitchen, hopefully it won't be too expensive.
