and thank you for making me feel like I belong to a big caring, happy family.

As you gett older your world gets a bit smaller ( no grandchildren yet!!!) You miss your Mum to ring and have a chat to. You miss some of your friends who you used to share good times with and care for. But this site makes me feel that there are people who care and who I care about. I love my waves and I do send gentle thoughts to you all

    • The MSE officials (what a great job!)
    • The Board Guides (for moving stuff wot needs moving and generally dealing with all the **** that gets thrown at them)
    • You lot (for making me cry with laughter at some of the "MSE Disaster" threads and for being generally much brighter than I am at times and answering my questions)
  • New here - interested in slow-cooker ideas, where will I find that thread?

    thanks

Thank you everyone who has been there for me over the past couple of years. You have literally made my life worth living again. You are all very special people!!

Thank you for all the advice and ideas on OS.

    xx

I agree with that sentiment, thank you to all the lovely people who kept me focused on things when I was having my chemo, and raised a virual glass when I finished my radio therapy last year. Next month I will see my oncologist, and I will have been through the first year of remission from breast cancer, so glasses will be raised again on 1st June 2009 hopefully
I think you are all terrific folk and I would be lost without you all.:A

Thankyou for teaching me far far more money saving tips in a couple of years, than I ever learnt in my life. Any question I have - this is the first place I go. It's enabled my family to only spend money on things we actually need and use any surplus purely for things we enjoy......we live better now on a third of what we used to have. Thankyou all.
