I just did the wong thing in picking a degree that demands high level English as I do find language and spelling very hard. I have had very little support during my degree and considering I have come further educationally than I could ever really have hoped any degree will be a huge achievement. Okay not as good as getting the College award but still a great achievement to me.
so be happy then with your achievements!:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0 -

I am, but it cuts no ice in the world to say how far I have come as it will not beat someone with better marks than me. No employer will think it is great I have battled serious issues and come so far, they really won't be intrested.:beer:0 -

find somethign that your experinces will count towards. when i applied for my PGCE, theres a route on Adult Literacy called 'barriers to education' and i realised taht my experiences would help me to be an empathetic and non-partonising teacher to that kind of learner so i wrote that on my application and teh guy who interviewed me was really impressed with it. perhaps you coudl offer a lot to a mental health charity or in social care etc?:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0 -

I said they needed to be less protective. I have got the other things in hand like the medical stuff as I have an appointment in a week's time where I will bring it up. I am doing some more job application today and the fast food industry is going to be included.:beer:0 -

Yes I noticed that too. I think he says whatever comes into his head just to get attention, so the best thing I can do is ignore him.0
