I actually quite enjoy the weird dreams but my oh says I wriggle around all night. I still get bouts of feeling sick but still see it as a small price to pay. 28 days for me long may it continue.yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift thats why its called the present0

I have 3 weeks worth of champix left. I've paid for the prescriptions so i'm going back on them.
Fed up with spending £4 a day on what equates to nothing.
Well done on the 28 days june.0 -
40 days for me cold turkey and still going strong, had a fair few beers on Saturday night and didn't think about smoking once.0

The dreams aren't so bad! I'm back fully on the stop smoking journey today, tricking my own mind at the moment as I have a pack of 15 left in my handbag which I'm going to carry around with me and tell myself I can have one anytime I want .... But I don't want right now so I won't! It's worked well today haven't had any.... And that's pretty tricky usually when I know I have some! @Debs2009 I've just stumbled across this thread - how's it going a month later?
I managed two weeks without a smoke over Christmas, came back to work and now I'm smoking more than ever but still hopeful I can kick it. Patches worked for me over Xmas (I found you can get some great offers at the local pharmacy who sell almost out of date ones for a fraction of the price!!) But the habit of puffing on a cigarette is still to great. I've just ordered an e-cigarette in the hope this will help.
What are people's opinions on ecigs? They seem to get a mixed response, but surely a vapour is better than cancerous smoke, no? They are a means to an ends in my eyes, not a permanent replacement.0 -
