Hey everyone, thanks for all the support and encouragement! I'm still having little blips. But I've decided as of today, there will be no more smoking ever again for me! I will be focusing on other things instead .... I've decided I want to learn to cook properly from scratch! That's what I'm going to spend my time doing instead of smokingTotal debt to pay: £14,071.41/ Remaining debt: £12,884.12: Amount Paid: £1,187.29

Had been doing well on the stopping , got down to barely 10 every few days and was recharging the electric one all the time
Then i finally had a look at my finances and knew it wouldn't be good so i now have to stop for the simply reason of i won't be eating or heating much (not a bad thing though, could do with losing a few pounds
)
I'm out of ideas of how to stop, will power is lacking and if i'm honest, smoking is now my only pleasure.A pack of 10 is now more than half my daily budget and i can't go back to the docs and get yet more prescriptions at £8 odd quid a time.
Think i need to hibernate for 2 weeks - will be all out my system then.
After all that it's good to see everyone else remaining positive and smoke free.0 -
I am 23 days today and it is still hard but I am not thinking about cigs as often so that's good. Well done to everyone struggling but keep it up.yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift thats why its called the present0

Late to the party but can I say I went cold turkey on NYD and I haven't smoked a ciggie since.
4 months is the longest I have quit before so a long way to go yet. Desperate to succeed permanently this time.
Hope everyone is doing well.0 -
Hey everyone!
The blips are still happening with me! Sick of the champix...they make me feel so rough! Feeling rubbish in general at the moment.... lacking strength to stop giving in to ciggys!!!
I dont even enjoy them..........so frustrating. BUT I will kick this habit if its the very last thing I do!
