Do you know it is not possible to tell a lung of a smoker from the lung of a non-smoker by its appearance - despite the false pics on fag packets

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Hello All, just wondering how you are all doing with the non smoking.

Im still off them but still get the odd urge. I am proud to say that I haven't succumbed at all.

    How about you lot.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Soon goes but it serves as a cruel reminder.

Hi Rizla, yes, I know about the 'urges' lol.,

A small piece of airwaves chewer takes it away but I think I;m probably addicted to that now ha ha.

  • Gave up using Champix and have been smoke free for 4 months now! Stick with them if you are using them - they do work.
The one really useful tool I was given was by a stop smoking hypnotist (no use at all except for this tool!) and that YOU control the cigarettes not the other way round. Being a bit of a control freak, everytime I was tempted I actually shouted at my cigarette pack that I was in control NOT them!!! Might sound mad but it worked for me. Good luck everyone with whatever method you may chose.
