    Hi All

Hope everyone (and their pets, children, other halfs etc) is well.

I had a day off work today to go to a friends anniversary do (which the littles were invited to as well). This morning I popped them in the bath and had a bit of me time, popped a face mask on and pretended I was lizard woman (was a bright green one, girls found this extremely funny!) also shaped my nails and put varnish on. So although not flying I did multi-task - lol!

Got work tomorrow and for some stupid reason I have agreed to work next Saturday (even though its my weekend off).

Not much done in the way of flying but everywhere was hoovered etc yesterday so gonna put my feet up with a bottle of white I think!

    Happy weekend all.
  • Well done Solwaykid! My first attempt at independent (ie no man) DIY catflap was a disaster - I tired to put it in a double-glazed window and did end up taking a hammer to it! Another bad cat I once had decided he would only use the catflap if it was jammed open with a screwdriver: I found out after two very cold winters with gale-force winds howling around my ankles that he was gaily making use of 3 other non-jammed catflaps in the neighbourhood. I'm not a serial cat-killer by the way - I just do seem to get through quite a few. This last one has lasted quite well, though - 7 years and counting!
I 'forgot' to hand over the debit card today -oops! At least they were just Tesco mugs and not Cath Kidston...

None of us won anything on the water or wine stall  usually DD has the midas touch on that one.

What is a water stall? Do you actually make any money on it? I'm tee-total and even I can't see the appeal of it!
