Well I am meant to be having this lot of nails removed this morning so my new ones can be done later so.. I am going to hammer them with stardrops .. they take only a few minutes to get off then as oppose to the usual half an hour!! I have a kitchen to S&S and a bathroom and I may even do the loo because the smell of wee in there is overpowering this morning for some reason (probably a 6 year olds nappy in the bin.. child is 6 not the nappy!) and another one has pee'd on the floor.. which I may just rip up and throw in the bin... Oooh can I?? Can I??

    Right todays list...

The rain hasn't started yet so I'm going to hang out some washing... so much for the flood warnings!! :D ...

Just made some of those homemade hob nobs and there's a Victoria sponge cooking in the oven.

    *waits for biscuits to cool*

I thought I was going to have to vacuum the kitchen floor because it was covered in breadcrumbs and stuff from baking. Strangely it's perfectly clean now.........so, dogs do clean up as well as make a mess ;)

Good morning all you lovely busy bees

sun is shining here for a change, for how long is anyone's guess, but have a load of towels hanging out.

DD2 had a sleepover last night (last day at primary school) and they all slept in the living room. At least it was motivation for me yesterday to clean the kitchen. Luckily they haven't made too much mess, I only had 2 chocolate raisins stuck to my foot this morning!! :T

While I was waiting for the girls to wake up in the livingroom this morning, I tidied up my craft desk and the rest of my bedroom so that is looking much better.

Apart from driving DDs to gymnastics and town for birthday party later, I have to:

    more washing/drying ironing
    put all sleepover stuff away
buy stuff for DD1 guide camp (plastic plate, cup etc, wellies)
buy gift voucher for DD birthday party she is going to
throw out old school uniforms, Yeah, no more ironing these for a while...

have a great day, hopefully it won't rain too much for you all!!

Pigpen: You have nice nails? with all that housework that you do? Well done you!!

Hi all and welcome vastsarah! Hope you find the lists useful, you'll get lots of support on here.

I'm all excited because I've just bought a catflap on my way home from work! I'm trying not to just launch into fitting it in case I b*lls it up so having a cuppa and ponder first. I've borrowed a jigsaw from work and I WILL do it all by myself.
I've got to tidy up first in case I get in a tizzy. Blimey, I do like a long run up at things!

I have got a list of stuff to do today as well depending on my success so I'll post later..

Have a good afternoon doing what you're doing.
