Snap on the sleeps. We're good thanks. Thomas has been so much happier since he started on infant gaviscon for reflux.

  • LO is sleeping slightly better giving me maybe 1 hour more sleep. I'm still suffering from sleep deprivation and being an airhead. Honestly I don't know how I'm managing to stay polite and not make any serious social boo-boos. Managed to spend £30 in Gap sale with extra 20% off sale stuff and buying some more nice socks - must be that Nutella encouraging me to buy GAP stuff ;) I also went into Next and started coveting some of their stuff - does anyone know how good Next socks are? do they stay on baby feet?

Bangton that's a very cute trick.

What, me? Surely not - I'd never do such a thing!... :p

I'd only ever buy Next socks for myself (they're fab), but I don't know anything about the baby ones. What I will say though is be careful with Next - you might think you're just looking at socks, but before you know it you'll have bought all sorts of other nice stuff! ;)

I'm a real sucker for next clothes, izzies entire wardrobe is from next.

She's been really restless these past few days, I'm sure it's because I've been eating takeaways instead of wholesome cooked dinners with lots of veg. Naughty mummy. Does it really make that much difference though?

Are you sure she's not just having a growth spurt Kerri?

Kerri my wee one has been unsettled too :( and for the first time today was sick after a feed so I am concerned it was something I had eaten.

Just out of curiosity I wondered what you had all been doing to get back in shape?

Forgetting to eat mainly rummer lol. I'm almost a stone lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight. I've had slapped wrists from DH and my mum, especially as I'm breast feeding.

I walked for miles with the buggy as LO wouldn't nap anywhere else, and lost all the baby weight. Then she started sleeping in her cot, and her exhausted mother started sitting on the sofa eating chocolate. I've put all the weight back on again :(

...so there's what not to do... :o

Slimming World. Especially if you're breastfeeding, but yes most of the weight I lost I have put back on again but I'm trying to rectify that now :(

I used a calorie counter program to start with, have been doing more walking (2 miles minimum on school days) and drinking lots of water ;)

    I was 13st 7 last christmas and now am 10st 11 :D
