Aww bless her kerri. I reckon we are going into 3-6 month clothes at 10 weeks eek!

  • I think the age things on clothes are rubbish! My LO is nearly out of 3-6 at 4 months, and there's such a variety in sizes from different shops it's ridiculous.

We've got mostly clothes from N3xt which I always thought were bigger sizes than elsewhere?I'm off for my MMR jab in a minute, I've no idea whether it has any impact on breastfeeding, I really hope it doesn't as I've not expressed any and she's just had all the milk out of these puppies before she's had a snooze!
I've also just given in and bought my first maternity clothes 10 months late! Haha. Ordered 4 breastfeeding tops from jojo. I know it's not the cheapest, but if that's all I ever buy other than bras then I think I've done fairly well :)

G is almost 21 months and still in 9-12 month trousers! They're short but the next size fall down. He doesn't seem particularly small for his age either...

Soft play was manic today, normally on a Friday its nice and chilled and he can play by himself while I have a natter. Not today - up and down to stop him pushing his way on to the trampoline/bouncy castle/ride on zebra etc etc.

re my discipline question yesterday my mum said its good for G to see that other kids get the same treatment as he does (atleast from me) so I feel better about it now. Providing whoever was doing it was gentle and clear I'd rather G was told if I missed him being up to no good too. He has to know his boundaries I think. Thanks for the replies :)

The Paddington collection is gorgeous!! I really don't need any more clothes though! She is 7 weeks old but still just in newborn or upto 1 month. She's chunky but still looks drowned in 0-3 (apart from gap and boots they fit), I just don't want her to wear 'real' clothes!!! ((Denial))

I loooove the new Paddington Bear collection from baby Gap. Just as well everything's too small for my LO, or I'd end up spending my January wages in one big swoop :o

Oh my gosh that stuff is so lovely! Really tempted by the raincoat, far too cute x

DD1 was too and at 11 can now have a ladies size 6... can't tell you how great that is as 6 is presumably not a great seller as there is always loads of it in the sales... and most of it much less tarty than the girls clothes in her age range.

    £4 jeans, yes please :D

sorry for being awol so long, its been manic here.

I told a friends son off today because she wasn't telling him what he was doing was wrong. He looked a bit sad but listened to me!

Hi Delain! I'd been wondering where you'd disappeared to. Hope all is well with you and your little people (and the not-so-little ones!).

I'm already looking forward to the £4 jeans :D

Next used to be on the larger side when I had DS1 who is 6, but I've noticed definitely in the last couple of years they seem to be more true to size these days.

DD is 4 months now and is still in 0-3, a couple of the smaller 3-6 aren't too bad but most absolutely swamp her! I've got loads of winter things but at this rate it will be warming up once she's in them. So strange having a tiny one, she was the same weight at 14 weeks as DS2 was at 4 weeks!!!
