Hi finch, how are you and little one?

  • Hello ladies

I find sizes vary too, next trousers seem to come up big on A, but mothercare pj bottoms seem to come up smaller. We are still in 12-18 and some 18-24. Asking for 2-3 for his bday though.

Nutella, my niece was the same size wise. Is your LO tall? I always joke my niece could be a model when shes older as her legs are so long! She is only 6, but she is a great swimmer with her long legs!

Hope everyone is well. Our asda living has loads of new childs bedding ranges, got A a duvet set in cotbed size with cars and diggers on as we only have one at the mo so washing and drying it is a rush. Have washed the new one today and have to say it feels and looks great quality. Only 9 quid too!

Morning everyone! Sizing wise my lo is 17 weeks and we are in a funny stage where size 3-6 months are getting small but 6-9 are ridiculously too big. Everyone comments on how big lo is (he's on 70th centile now!!) He was 6ib10 at birth and has packed it on!! This week he's learnt a new trick courtesy of mummy!! In my wisdom I decided to stick my tongue out at him and blow a raspberry! Cue lo copying me and ever since we've had the joy of his little tongue poking out at us constantly!!! Went to baby massage yesterday and all the babies were calmly having their massages while mine laid there blowing raspberries!! It's funny but boy has he taken it and run with it!!

Hello! We're still here, never seem to get any time to post as chasing LO all day, crawls and climbs everywhere, usually resulting in him then falling over, with a winge.
He's 9 months next week, been wearing 9-12 for the last month or so, trouser waists are quite roomy, but the length quickly gets too short. He's on about 80th percentile, although need to get him weighed next week.
Sorry I can't comment on everyone's posts, but I'm reading them when I can, you're all doing a fantastic job, your LOs are lucky to have such fab mummies.

She's definitely on the tall side (at 20 months, trousers sized 2-3 years are too short), and she was on the 90th centile at birth and stayed there for as long as I kept taking her to get weighed. We might have a great future swimmer here too - she certainly loves splashing about in the bath! :o

    Evening all,

Hope everyone's well and had a nice day :) We've had a good day, although nothing exciting to report - LO and I made flapjacks, I did some decluttering and cleaning and I'm now watching Location, Location, Location and eating chocolate :D

Bangton, yay for your LO's new trick - that's so cute! :T

Am now pondering whether I should watch another Location, Location, Location or go and clean the bathroom - head says cleaning, heart says TV! :o

My bathroom is in need of serious attention too but meh :o

I did sort out a bin bag of clothes up to age 2 to bung on netmums (or maybe the charity shop!) And sort out loads of laundry. Im extremely tired and don't know why!
Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession :o:o
