I'd second the white toast, I lived on the thick sliced warburtons with real butter for most of my pregnancy. The first few months were hard and I ended up on anti sickness tablets as I couldn't keep anything down. Main thing is plenty of fluids, lemonade is always good for a poorly tum.
Exhausted tonight, so off to sleep for me.

Oooo lemonade when pregnant, I loved it, for a while it was the only liquid that didn't make me feel sick. I ate my fair share of ginger biscuits and put myself off for life now, just the thought makes me queasyNewly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0

Yup, I as another one for toast whilst expecting and lemonade, but the sort of flat, cloudy lemonade. Good for stomach settling. I'd try and do food that you can break down, so maybe just pasta or rice or mash for you whilst DH gets the yummy sauce too.

Sparkles what sort of holiday?
We're going Bluestone, great for toddlers as lots of free play stuff, child friendly lodges.x0 -
Ooh will follow holiday discussions here too, we're looking at taking baby away this spring/ summer for his first trip abroad. Baby will be 15-18months depending when we go. We've previously been to centre Parcs and a kent cottage with him for short breaks but would love a bit of sunshine and swimming this year!
Baby turned one last week. I found the day itself pretty emotional and was glad we had a quiet day. On Sunday we had lots of family over which I really enjoyed. We decided to raise some money for Tommys charity and here's the justgiving page (a few photos of my little one are there) https://www.justgiving.com/EwansBirthday - really pleased to have raised over £350.fran-o0 -
Thank you so much for the tips guys. Bad day today for the nausea so I am definitely going to get some lemonade tomorrow. It's kind of like a hunger feeling, but it's not. Will definitely have some toast in the morning too.
Thanks everyonexxx

What a lovely thing to do Fran.
Sorry you're still feeling rough sunshine, poor you.
Any news from Gilly? Wasn't she starting her new job this week?
I just upset myself watching that Young War Widows on tv, was heartbreaking hearing how such young families and children are affected by the loss of their brave husbands/daddies. Had a few tears and couldn't even imagine losing my husband.:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

I'm still alive, just! I help out at slimming world on a Wednesday night now, so I was out from 8am until 9pm last night, I'm a bit tired today. Thankfully there's a coffee shop in my work building.
My little A is loving nursery though, he is so sad when it's the weekend and he can't go. I am loving that he is so happy there.
I also am loving being able to dress up a bit and wearing heels every day, simple pleasuresThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
It's Monday and we haven't had a post since Thursday! I've got nothing interesting to say, but hope everyone is well0
