You seem to suffer a lot of extreme monthly related issues, I hope you're talking to your GP about it as there should be things that can help.
I had a hamster called Samson, he lived in the cage next to my sisters gerbil called "Gerbil" (she wasn't very imaginative). They use to sit and stare at each other through the bars, quite menacingly. When they had their exercise time in their balls, they'd run head long at each other and crash until the balls fell apart.....they were in cahoots with their escape plan. Yeah am not keen on them, I have a broom and all kinds of weird checks I carry out and ALWAYS have a clear escape route. I freak out if someone stands between me and the door! am a right cow.
Have had a total pj day as in haven't seen or spoken to anyone all day.
done some washing..... supressed an urge to clean anything and have eaten total crap ALL day.
I did wonder if it was the depression but truthfully I think it is just that I NEVER do this with Mum around. She would think I was ill!
tomorrow I shall be full of beans!
mainly as I haven't been shopping yet and that is all I have in the cupboard

I am not full of beans.
I am full of headache, a real special one, It is the follow up to the one on Wednesday, this is what happens when I take immgrian (sp) it does kill the headache only to have it run its course a few days later.
anyhow I did make it Sainsbury's I spent 48 pounds!
£8 of that is dog food.
The rest I must confess was made up of ready meals and nearly everything came in a packet. head got v bad and to be honest the lack of work done (again) means the week will be hairy to say the least.
I promised the dogs a walk in the forest but instead have been horrible to them. It is headaches like these that make glad I never had kids, I lost it with them earlier and I think I frightened them.
haven't cleaned out the furries. ugh.
Am going to take my pathetic carcass off to do that.
Oh I did clean out the fridge this morning. and cleaned the kitchen floor and did my washing *ignores ironing mountain* think I have one load of non urgent stuff. so not all bad.
I don't know what to do about the dogs. will walk them a bit later when the head has died off more. it is better - wouldn't be typing otherwise. feel like !!!! for them. need to be far more consistent and less like a nutter.
