Nothing wrong with that at all. I've been thinking of doing something similar myself, but without times - more like a list of activities for everyday. I honestly think I might have some sort of ADHD because my mind flits all over the place and I can easily forget crucial things. I'm also going to get a wallplanner not for work, for home so that I can write on it crucial dates - birthdays etc, but also car insurance renewal due, MOT due, etc, etc. I desperately need to be more organised.

Exactly the same here, I am so tired all the time and it all adds up.

printed the timetable - it is essentially a list of the 12 things I need to do each day.

    Grrr - lost post.

timetable is great idea - post how many times you achieve your star so we can cheer you on.
Also Gwen - I have master calendar of events and renewals and it is a godsend. definitely worth the time setting one up.
Great advice re the supplements. I find that I suffer if start to go down in my fruit and veg and go back to consciously counting my 5 a day. I even cheat by getting in smoothies to get me on my way.

Now - back to an earlier chat - get to bed! I should have gone when my eyes were closing at 10 but then got my second wind. I'll pay for it tomorrow!

Now if anybody has any ideas on how to become a morning person, I'd love to hear them...I usually struggle to get to sleep at night, although before Christmas listening to white noise was helping - meant to be for babies, but hey ho...and I wake up groggy every morning. I'd love to be one of those people who goes to bed at 10 and jumps out of bed in the morning without needing 20 minutes to come round.

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending
  • I would love that. I HATE mornings!

I decided this morning that I had to get my !!!! together and get on with it.
I refused to let myself sit down once I had a shower. it sort of worked in some ways - I wasn't late. Still hated the world till about 11 tho!

List going well. but have run out of time. still lunch is ready. dogs walked. not so bad.

best go make a cup of tea or cocoa

    Hi Gwen,

I've got a table that I developed with each month listed and a few lines for each month. Under each month I list any renewals that are due for that month with the date. I use the same table master to create a list of birthdays/anniversary. At the start of each month I have a quick check so I (hopefully!) don't forget anything. The fatal flaw is if you forget to check! Happy to share the template - drop me a pm with your email address and i'll email it to you.

You only need 20 mins?! My hubby complains about how long it takes me to get going. It used to be until I got to work but now I'm on mat leave I have no hope!

    Hope today was ok Buffy

Loving all the organising ideas on here - something I really need to sort out! Especially in the mornings - another non-morning person here :p

I'm with the timetable idea - it's the only way I can remember to do everything. I get too easily distracted.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
