Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! Part 4!!

Thanks again penguingirl xx Its hard not being able to talk about it in the real world. I have had hardly any nausea with this pregnancy so it has been easier to hide. (My first pregnancy was my worst for nausea, but even with that one I would feel sick but not actually vomit)
My work colleagues were very supportive.
For once Monday seems too far away

So, still bleeding. If anything it is heavier, but I am not in discomfort apart from the odd twinge, mainly when stood up. Went to a friends this afternoon for a family BBQ. Lovely weather despite the forecast.
Random observations:
1. Last night was the first night in weeks I haven't needed to go to the loo in the early hours.
2. My bosoms are all of a sudden no longer heavy or tender.
How I'm staying positive:
1. If Monday's scan surprises me and the pregnancy is still ongoing- I am going to enjoy some retail therapy for baby stuff
2. If it confirms what my instincts are telling me, or if something happens before then, I am going to plan some pampering time for me whilst drinking a large glass of Red.
I am trying not to think to deeply about it.

Thanks for caring penguingirl x Its a lonely process, people don't know you're even pregnant and you are at home in pain not in hospital with support.
I have had regular contractions today, every few minutes throughout the afternoon. They are like early labour but obviously the uterus is smaller so its only the lower belly that hurts. Then an hour or so ago, the miscarriage started. It did not hurt. Not sure if its finished yet. I am not going to A&E, just lying in the bath. I will keep my appt at EPU tomorrow morning.
I thought about whether to post this as I don't want to worry any possible newly pregnant ladies x But today I have spent a lot of time trying to find real accounts from ladies who have had a mc as even at the hospital they do not tell you what to expect. Personally I like to know what I'm in for. Wishing you all well x

Also thinking of you having been through this last year. If you want to read about others there was a miscarriage support thread on this forum which I found really helpful, I read the entire thread back after mine even though I didn't post much. Just search miscarriage support and I'm sure you'll find it, and if you need support I'm sure if you post there I'm sure you'll get replies.

I also found the miscarriage association and tommys websites helpful. Tommys has lots of stories of miscourage, from people who have been through pregnancy and baby loss which you might find helpful if you're looking to read that kind of thing.

Thanks everyone for the advice, I am OK. Had scan today which confirmed the miscarriage. Although it also confirmed it is not yet over. I have to go back in a couple of days to bring it on if nature doesn't sort it out itself.
