Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! Part 4!!
Comments

Yes, it is Ratison - congratulations by the way! I rang at 6 weeks, and they only just managed to squeeze me in at 12 weeks! (still 3.5 weeks to go...).0
-
I've not noticed any change to my appetite - have been needing to wee a bit more often and am having some twinges, but I'm still as greedy as ever!0
-
I thought nausea had stepped up last week but oh was I fooled, i have spent the entire day feeling sick and apart from dry food or an apple worked it doesn't go off. Trying my best to hide it at work which is quite difficult as a small office.....working with my MIL & FIL :eek:Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

Oh goodness New. You haven't told them yet I presume. It must be so difficult to try and hide this from them.0
-
Hope everyone's nausea is staying manageable- keep nibbling those crackers! I'm feeling rubbish at the moment as full of cold, but so glad it isn't combined with too much nausea anymore.
My bump is definitely real- boss had been off for a week and today said it was the first time she'd noticed I looked pregnant, but I suspect it was because she'd not seen me for a bit.
New- I have no idea how you'll hide it! I'm a bit jealous if those who manage to keep it a secret, as I loved it when just OH and I knew, although it was stressful at work.0 -
Penguin it's crazy isn't it how everyone is different! I'm now 22 weeks and it's literally only the last week I've had a bump people can notice. And I was a fit size 10 before so I expected it to be straight away! And yet my best friend was definitely showing by 12 weeks. So strange!
Hope you're all doing ok - it will get easier honest!!Officially Mrs B as of March 2013
TTC since Apr 2015, baby B born March 20170 -
Nausea and sickness returned big time today! I went for some acupuncture on my way home as a desperate measure. Anyone else tried it? The lady said normally 2-3 sessions work well.0
-
My sickness is still there but just about under control with my smaller more frequent meals. Although I still can't bear any solid food past 5pm which is weird as OH and I would normally have dinner at 8.
What has been bothering me today is heartburn - not sore from acid but just constantly feeling like a lump in my throat. Rennie wasn't offering much relief so switched to Gaviscon liquid and that's better. But not perfect. Feeling very "gassy" in my throat and frequently wanting to clear my throat or burp which is both awkward and very annoying!!
Whilst I really want my appetite back asap and to be able to eat normally I'm so scared of pushing it as eating too much at the moment makes me feel awful. Think I'll just have to wait for hunger pangs...Cleared my credit card debt of £7123.58 in a year using YNAB! Debt free date 04/12/2015.
Enjoying sending hundreds of pounds a month to savings rather than debt repayment!0 -
Aww snow you poor thing
I've had little bouts of heartburn, but nothing I can't handle. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I practically lived on gaviscon so you have my sympathy!
Again, with my daughter, I could have gotten away with not looking pregnant until I was petty much seven months gone!
My boobs are so, so sore. I've even seen the duvet making them almost sting when it rubs over them. Every time my daughter comes in for a hug, I have to brace myself0 -
April - no they don't know. We haven't told anyone and are planning to keep it a secret until we have had the first scan.
I admit penguin I'm jealous of those who can keep it a secret and no one actually work it out. We will be able to not say anything but I know that our parents and some close friends will guess in the meantime, we just won't be confirming it
had a good nights sleep so not feeling too fatigued this morning - sure it will kick in at lunch haha. Woke up feeling nausea's though, think I will have to keep some crackers/rich tea next to the bed for in a morning!
Snow hope you start feeling a bit better soon!!Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:
