Hey lulu, good luck for the scan let us know how it goes.

Have you guys told anyone yet? We told one of our best friends and her husband last night, figured I'd tell her if it all went wrong so not too bad, and told OHs best mate for the same reason. It seems like loads of people, but it isn't.

Cautiously rejoining this group for the third time...

EDD 25th January.

I had a MMC at 12 weeks in September, then another at 9 weeks a couple of months ago.

Very apprehensive that it is going to end in miscarriage again, so trying to not get excited. 3rd time lucky???

If I make it to 6 weeks, then I will contact the doctor! The hospital said that if I got pregnant again, they would give me a scan at 8 weeks, as that seems to be when things seem to go wrong.

Rambosmum, I haven't told anyone yet and probably won't until we know everything is ok but that's just because telling people makes it too real and I am trying to stay detached until we know what's happening. I don't have any close friends to discuss this with, but if I did I would probably do what you did any tell those who will be there for any outcome.

Scan went well, although I'm confused.

My LMP puts me at 7 weeks 4 days but I only measured at 5+4. OH and I only DTD twice in April, one of which was 5 weeks and 4 days ago! We found out on 3rd May so I found out very early!!

We saw the sac on the abdominal scan but I needed an internal scan to see everything up close, and oh my god it was amazing. We saw the yolk sac and the gestational sac, and we even saw the heartbeat! The little blip is 3.5mm long and we're so happy.

The scan cost £60 and we got 4 photos. If anyone is in the same area as me they're called Premier Scans and are based in Leicester and Lichfield (the one I went to)
