Hi Jazz and welcome!

DHF - hope scan goes well this week.

I have been feeling pretty yuck last few days and threw up this morning. Was lucky in my past two pregnancies to not have this but hoping its a good sign.

I think that's pretty normal, I was like that with my daughter. Off food this time though!

Just getting over a stomach bug it was grim, no throwing up but nausea and lots of trips to the loo.

Had my bloods down yesterday and the woman was really good she found a vein quick and took blood with no fuss. Previously I have had nurses poking around and nearly fainted.

11weeks today :0)

Yes jazz I eat loads, to keep hunger/nausea at bay.

me too on the eating front, I seem to be constantly starving and it stops me feeling sick. I've put on 6 or 7 lbs already which is not good news !.

Off on my holidays tomorrow too so that will only be more eating. I'm already planning my fitness regime for after this one is born. I am not going to make the mistake that I did after my first and decide that breast feeding means you can eat anything you like ! (it sort of does, but you have to stop eating when you stop feeding !!)

How is everyone this morning.

8+5 and still no MW appt , but I have got the flu jab on Saturday.

Congratulations Jazz!

So we had our scan on Monday. All well with baby. They do this new charting thing now where they chart previous babies weights compared to gestation. My 2nd and 3rd (both 7lb 7oz - a day early and a week late) were just in the minimum but my first baby is nowhere near the minimum (6lb 7oz at 42+3) so was advised I will need extra growth scans at 28 and 36wks. Fine by me! Tbh as last one was back to back and they didn't realise, I'm quite pleased as I think it will help reassure me after the 36wk scan. Anyways, I read in my notes that I have a corpus luteum cyst. I've had one with each pregnancy so I'm not worried but I wish they mentioned it so I could ask questions.

aww lovely angel! That is interesting about the weights. My daughter was 7lb 5 oz a day early so pretty average!

Devildolly - hope they get in contact soon. I would chase up if not.

I'm still not feeling great , actually struggling to eat which is very unlike me. Midwife today , feels like it was hardly any time since i was there last.
