Feeling rough today , I suppose it would be unfair if I had it easy every time. Finding it hard to entertain dd as feel sick when I move round too much.

Devil dolly - I am trying to think too much past this point either. I think it's to try and protect yourself. Dh and I don't really talk about it , don't want to get too excited.

Sorry I've been missing. Still feeling rubbish even with cyclizine although at least that enables a good nights sleep and barely any actual sickness!

Scan tomorrow - excited and nervous at the same time. I know baby is ok as I've checked with my Doppler but still. Decided to tell the girls before we go to the scan. They think we have a dentist appt but will tell them just before we leave (don't trust 17yo not to have told her bf and mates!). Ds has known for ages but is fab at keeping a secret (he's 11m haha).

Anyone done a picture announcement? I do a monthly update board for ds and have used that. Getting excited about finally being able to be proud of my bump rather than trying to hide it. As DS took 8yrs, nobody will be expecting us to be pregnant again! Haha mind you, not were we (damn breastfeeding lol).

Anyways, hi to the newbies and congratulations! So pleased for hippihaz and DHF. Lovely to see the little heartbeat when you've been worried.

Well DW is officially 12weeks today! Although we don't have our scan until Thursday I can't help but feel today is a milestone in itself.
Because of the scare we had last week DW decided to 'fess up' at work, as it was noticed that her and her sis were MIA (works at same place - I was working away so sis, who is the other birthing partner, went over until I could get there) This has really helped with her state of mind - she is still suffering with terrible sickness throughout the day as well as having had an awful cold for the last few days! I'm just praying that she's going to be one of the lucky ones who's sickness subsides in the second trimester... it's horrible not being able to do anything to help.
