Yay ttc39 glad to see another ttcer over here and massive congratulations.
Daisiegg I'm feeling so bloated after I eat anything and it's really uncomfortable especially as I've lost 3 stone over the last year and now I'm feeling fat again but at least it's because we're growing another human and just cos we're gorging on everything in sight. Well that's the excuse I'm going to use :rotfl:.
AFM I've just done a 2nd test just to make sure and the line came up straight away. I've ended up telling my sister and last night told a friend and her hubby but I'd always said that she'd be the first to know. Hopefully I can keep my gob shut for the next 7 weeks now :rotfl:

I look preggers now but I am only 11 weeks on Sunday. Surely this is too early to be showing and just bloat but it never seems to go down. I am sure people are looking and wondering if I am expecting.
I also cannot stop eating! I am just so hungry...all the time! At least the sickness seems to be getting better!
Hope everyone is doing OK0 -
Welcome ttc39! Sorry I didn't have time to write earlier.
Daisy and Laila I know what you mean about being hungry, I am constantly eating. Had some nausea this morning and the only way to stop it was to eat, so I couldn't stop myself.
I'm stressing out tonight though! Just winding myself up worrying about things that could go wrong. I'm doing the Harmony test next week, no reason to think there is extra risk (other than my age) and also an MRI to check that the cancer is still in remission the week after. There is no reason to thing either will be bad... but suddenly it's worrying me so much. I never used to worry about tests too much - I knew I could take whatever result in my stride, but suddenly it feels so much more important and risky.
DH is away for 2 weeks, so I need to find a way to cope and not get myself wound up stressing. I may be posting a lot more for a while!0 -
Ahh t2d it is natural to worry about every little thing I think. Feel free to post as much as you like, we are here
I check the thread constantly and am always pleased when someone had posted

hi all, glad that it seems to be lots of good news at the moment.
I've been lucky so far, no sickness, just a bit of queasy ness at week 5-6 but I think that was just stress and fear. Only thing with me at the moment is that I'm soooo tired all the time. Does anyone else feel so tired? Worrying a little bit for my 12 week scan, we're having the nuchal scan and I'm worried that there won't be a heart beat but also that they will find something on the scan itself. Stupid hey?0 -
I whinge a lot though! It's strange, in some ways I wish this whole thing could be more normal and less medicalised, but then other days I'm so pleased to get extra scans.
The MRI is an interesting problem. I got a letter today saying it was booked for the 27th, the day before my operation. Even if it was bad, I would probably make them let me wait 3-4 months until the baby can be born before any treatment, but if the results are bad then they may refuse to do my surgery. I can't do it for something like a month after the surgery as your lymph nodes swell up anyway after an operation, so it would give a false positive.
I'm thinking I might just delay it... nothing like avoiding things!
Very hormonal today, so maybe that's why it is worrying me more. After a few symptom-less days I had all of them again today, including this slightly weepy feeling.0
