samtoby - that's a huge thing and so exciting for you :) I've loved planning all the girly things for our little one, I never thought I'd have a little girl but can't wait to meet her now.

lush - I can't get my head round wearing a bra in bed, even a size 8. I think I have that pack, I've found where my chest has changed shape during pregnancy that the elastic at the bottom is a bit too tight now and I have to take them off at the nearest opportunity. I've gone braless all day today! Even in the supermarket hahaha. Looks like my boobs have grown again overnight too, said to OH "look I've got p0rnstar boobs!"

  • Happy new year everyone! Hope you had a good one! I am feeling very excited and positive as baby will definitely be here this month even if she has to be evicted! :j

TL yay for 35 weeks ... I know every week is a milestone with your family's history - hope you can make it to term!

My stretchies are mostly around my tummy button but I'm not too bothered - never been one for bikinis anyway and they did fade quite quickly last time. I have very very pale skin (redhead) so the silvery marks they faded to weren't visible at all.

I've been ordering the last few bits of decor for DH's birthday party (Sunday) - I have read that blowing up balloons can bring on labour, and we're going out for a curry on Saturday night too! All purely coincidence but it would be brill to just rock up to his party on Sunday evening with a baby ;)

Gosh Ellie, was a homebirth planned? Many congratulations and welcome to your little boy :)

I've gone up to a size FF bra size but am refusing to wear one to bed yet - got horrible breastbone pain and reflux, yuk.

Just worked out that I've only got six weeks of work left to go till mat leave :D scary and excited so DH will be getting all the baby stuff out of the attic this weekend and I'll pack my hospital bags soon.

We went to the theatre in London today, so glad we chose the matinee showing, I feel like Im falling asleep now! And its not like we walked about that much, just got the bus to and from the theatre/station.

Although when we were walking, I felt like my bump and groin was aching so much I was waddling like an old lady!
