I'm Not surprised you had a cry Kynthia I'd be fuming!

Is there anyway your estate agent could drop a hint that you are now relooking at the price due to the survey unless things are sped up? She's clearly a plonker if she needs an entire month to sort stuff out knowing you are pregnant! You could also say the price would be reduced as it means you're going it have to pay another months rent.

We rent our house from my parents and when we bought it, someone else in the chain was being a right pain and saying they could only move in about 1 week in 3 months, but it was earlier than everyone else wanted and before the end of the tax year so my Dad said fine but we'll loose the interest payment on our savings by moving that early so you will have to pay us that money if you insist on that date. So they paid up! The money got discounted up the chain.

    So I'd definitely say something!

Birdie I had a dreadful nights sleep too, my hips were so painful it kept waking me up bad I just couldn't find a way of sleeping.

Birdie85 - You are really nearly there - I remember waiting for DS and wanting him here but was apprehensive on how he would actually 'get here'. Hope you have a good nap!

Kynthia - I hope things ease for you - you really are not having an easy time. How long do you have left at work until maternity leave?

claire16c - I really want an exersize ball for labour. Must enquire if they have them in the Maternity Hospital near me.

I am just off to a work meeting for the day (about 60 miles away) so will re-look at the list later on tonightwhen I get home around 8pm (I am not looking foward to the travelling and long day sat in an uncomfortable chair).

Ooh by the time you get home Samtoby I'll know if I'm team blue or pink! Nervous and excited all at once!

Sounds like you're having a hard time Kynthia...take it easy where you can, and do what's best for you and baby not anyone else. x

Thanks guys. I haven't cried I have screamed, ranted and used appalling language!!! Thank god I only have 2 days at work as I'm determined to relax and have a few nice pregnancy memories before baby arrives.

Kynthia, I am in a very similar position. We have just bought our first house, we were supposed to complete before christmas but got the keys almost 2 weeks ago. It has been so stressful organising everything, everyone seems to be on a go-slow and wants to deliver or fit things in weeks/months. I don't have weeks never mind months!

I had been trying to stay really positive and was trying to believe that it will all be sorted before the baby comes but with 6 days until my due date I doubt it now. Then my husband told me that he messed up his annual leave at work meaning he isn't off next week like he thought but now has to work nights instead. I am due next Wednesday! I NEED the house sorted. I wish that I could do it all myself but I can't, plus I keep getting shouted at for trying to lift things etc. I ended up crying my eyes out for hours the other night as I couldn't see how it could be done. :( I have now got the carpets to be fitted tomorrow by chosing a different carpet, the sofa is coming today (fingers crossed, after being told it was in stock, to then taking 17 weeks to wanting to cancel and head office telling me that it can be delivered this week!) and my step dad has taken pity on me and will come this weekend to help build the cot and my bed.

Moving house is always stressful but doing it in late pregnancy is awful. Hope you can move things along quicker.

Samtoby although I've got the exercise ball at home, our nct teacher said the hospital has them so no need for us to try to squish it in the car lol! Will have enough stuff to carry!

Thanks!!!! I have always had a slight preference for pink, yet 80% of time been quite sure it's blue, and now in the last few days I've been totally 50/50! As long as he or she is healthy I'm happy xx

    Good luck sunshine.

I have taken today and tomorrow off sick, and am now back under the duvet on the couch, I went into work for an hour or so, after having been rudely awoken at half 3 for breathing too loudly. I am loaded with the cold and have been up and down to the loo all night just to dribble, so I'm very grumpy and it is probably best that I don't speak to anyone today!

    Hope everyone is good :)
