Did well in asda and mothercare today, bought the rest of the things on my list (cellular blankets, extra Moses basket sheets, bibs, first aid/ grooming kit, sleep bras for me) plus bought some baby cardigans/ hoodies from asda. Baby has so many second hand clothes, it's nice to buy the odd new item!
How do you sign up for Emma's diary please? The pack looks good!fran-o0 -

I just wanted to bob in and reassure anyone worried about not having leaky b00bs...
My little man breastfeeds like a pro and I didn't have even a hint of any leaking while pregnant -at any point. I still don't have any leaking now and he is very happy to feed all day and all night (literally!be prepared for that on the 2nd and 3rd nights in particular). My milk is now coming in and I'm still not leaking. It's just an individual thing I guess
Anyway, just wanted to balance out some of the leaky b00b storiesGood luck ladies, I'm still lurking... In between feeds!

Thanks BZ, I do find that reassuring. My ribs have certainly expanded but my breasts haven't changed much at all. Thanks.0

Big Z so happy the feeding is going well for you! x0

Mine didn't change a massive amount to my mind either.
Rib cage expanding did my head in though lol. For reference I started off at something like 36DD and ended up something like 40/42 E/F.
When the time comes, just keep in mind when you've been feeding for hours initially, it's not that you can't feed him what he needs - it's that he is setting up the demand and supply system. When you're knackered out and haven't slept a wink for far too many hours, it's easy to think it'll not improve - but it really does. PromiseBig Z so happy the feeding is going well for you! x
Thanks, me too!"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -

Mrs bunny glad all was well
Is anyone else having a bit of a freak out?! I haven't even started hospital bags/washing clothes or nappies & sorting the nursery... Think I know when I do, that's it... This is happening! I refuse to take the car seat or pram out of the box too! I'm mental...First baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/140 -
Lol Becca! You are mental :rotfl:
I have set up the cradle with new mattress, washed all the sheets, blankets, clothes and am nearly there with hospital bag....but it still all feels a bit surreal. Can't actually believe it will be a matter of weeks till I get handed a little baby. Think I'm a bit mental too cos there's def a baba kicking away in there, I just can't believe it even tho I'm like the side of a house
Faith2009- didn't really take a note of how long mw appt was - maybe 20 mins? She was a bit nosy in a nice way, asking if all my kids had the same dad - DD1 doesn't so she was like oh how often does she see him? I suppose she was wanting to check who might come into contact with baba....but he certainly won't! Also asked about smoking, drugs, alcohol. Only problem was lack of alcohol at the mo I saidoh no, she'll probs come and check now after the birth that I'm not lying in a wino daze on the sofa while the kids are running about :rotfl:

I'm so tired as I've now joined the broken sleep gang. I was snoozing away happily until I approached 34 weeks then suddenly I've been waking multiple times and having more pain. My PGP was never bad at night even though I limp and am in some pain all day, but it looks like that's changing.
Does anyone know how often my baby should be moving at 34 weeks? What should I be looking for?Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
