Morning from a wet and windy Mooloo household. A gentle start to the day as still at home with DGD. She gently knocked on my door 15 minutes ago. I didn't sleep very well. Woke up for long periods of time and tossed about a bit. I suppose it's only natural that my mind is flitting about a bit, and not expecting contact from him threw me. But not my resolve.
Today the plan is to take Twin1 food shopping and then DGD is going to stay with her for a couple of nights while her Mum makes up for going away at Christmas.
Could be a difficult time for me being on my own at the weekend, but I am going to Biggest of Mooloos for dinner tonight, and as its tax returns time, although I can't remember seeing any forms, I am going to do my Accounts, etc on Saturday.
Then on Sunday I am going to plan my makes time etc and what to make for Valentines sales. Not forgetting the fact that I need to gather the fabrics together and make the Patchwork sofa covers.
There has been interest in a denim covered one, so attacking my loft and cupboards for all the denim I have and turning them into large pieces of fabric ready to cover one of the sofas.
So I do have lots to keep me occupied .
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

shopping done and DGD left with her Mum. Been to visit my parents and had a soup with them. Just come home for a few hours to move on the washing and do a bit here and there before I go on to Biggests for tea.
    Still feeling positive and focused.

  • That's good Mooloo, and some time for yourself as well.

Enjoy the weekend, and fill it with all the things you want to do, if that means a PJ day then have it, enjoy being YOU for a change.

    Much love

The girls are just having their bedtime story. Then we are going to work out the final thoughts for DS's 21st party next Friday.
Dj booked, photographer, and the room confirmed.
His dad is chipping in with a cake ! (Miracles).
Not any offer to help with the costs of it though!
Buffet and decorations needed. I will need to go to Iceland or somewhere and get the food and we have use of the kitchen etc from 11am on Friday.
DGD will stop at her Mums as its next door to the club and I will stop with my parents. May need to find DS a bed for the night or put him in the travel lodge or something. We will talk about that in a bit when the girls are tucked up. Before I go home.
Am getting quite tired as I had such a disturbed night last night.
But nobody to wake me in the morning.
Plan on doing my accounts etc tomorrow. Tax returns if I get that far.
Collected my new Iron on the way over so can also do that this weekend.
So plenty to keep me occupied and stop me from moping around the house. Strange to be home for the weekend as its been rare over the last few years.
Well it's going to be the norm from now on.

Home safe and sound. Food order done via Mr A.
Banners balloons etc ordered via Amazon.
So we are nearly all organised. Lets just hope it all arrived in time.
Weather getting decidedly windy and wet again. So am now tucked up in my bed with the electric blanket on! Sheer indulgence.
DS last day at work tomorrow. Mores the pity. Fingers crossed he can find more work soon.
    Night all

Mooloo, with regards to your 'BF' I will quite to you whatI have to my DD in the past :

"If a man wants to be with you, nothing wil keep him away. If he isn't interested in you, nothing will make him stay."

I get the impression that you stay with this man because you are scared that if you let him go, 'that is it' with your romantic life. I learnt years ago that you don't attract something new and special, whilst you cling on to something that isn't working.

I never get the impression that you love him (or him you), merely that it is 'better the devil you know'.

Have the courage to step away, spend some time on your own regrouping and then open yourself up to what the universe has in store for you.

    Here's wishing you a wonderful 2014!
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!

I deleted him from my contacts but hadnt blocked him. I do need to get DGDs bike etc back from his place really. But am not ready to face him. Even prepared to buy her a new one if I have too. But was a bit floored as I didn't expect to hear from him for at least 4 or 5 days! Nevermind. He's now been told.
I am tired and ready to go to bed now I think.
Bit shaken inside but my resolve is definite.
Could you ask Biggest to go with you to collect the bike and any other stuff you've left at your ex-BF's? It seems a pity to make DGD suffer the loss of her bike just because you and he have fallen out.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

I have asked him if I can go and collect the bike etc
He has said he will bring it back tonight. Leave it and run. I do love him, greatly, and that's why I put up with the trials and tribulations, but my head has finally told my heart to suck it up , put on my BGK'S and move on.
It's a destructive love in the end.
I am hurting like hell. But I am not going to give in to that anymore. Realistically we have run our course, we See things differently, and that's why we are not getting it right.
So I may come over as blaise, but actually I am destroyed inside.
But I am not letting that feeling rule me this time.
Enough is enough and no matter what my heart is saying my head is taking control.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

Of course it's a painful situation for you, but it's always sounded like you both want different things in life and there's no meeting in the middle. Don't debase yourself by wasting emotion on someone who won't reciprocate.

Going to get on and get the decorations down while DGD is away at her Mum. Make room to use my desk to do the accounts and then be free to loose myself in my fabric stash! Time to create.
