I wouldn't exactly say my work is profitable at the moment. I pay myself £60 a week. The rest is in the bank ready for any NI , Tax or replacement equipment. which is so far some £600 since I started in May. (29th April ). I was paying myself £50 a week up until January.
So I am way under the tax limits.
But I keep good accounting on line, so if they want to its all available at a click of the mouse and a printer. I wasn't self employed for 2012/13.
DGD went to her Mum for Saturday night.
we sourced and paid for the bunk beds for her room. Just need to collect them.
that means we have the bed for DS and for DGD now. Enabling DGD2 to be able to stay.
Talking with the BF is still going on. He has suggested looking at the catholic schools for DGD but I have pointed out that although I am catholic DGD was not baptised. something that perhaps I should sort out. Will talk to her Mum.
DS has gone full circle in his thinking and has put his plans to be a blacksmith on the back burner. He said he will reconsider going into the army. I said I would support him in what ever he chooses but that I don't want him to give up his dreams. I know how much regret that gives.
biggest of Mooloo has been for a new job after 7 years where she is, she cannot go any further with the company. so she was thrilled to get it and will be working her notice. I will be having DGD2 on a Wednesday and Friday until there is space at the nursery for her.
all change once again in the Mooloo household
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

That explains it, you can't self assess yet as you only started trading at the beginning of this tax year, which hasn't ended.

    I am so tired!
I flop into my chair after dinner and can hardly muster the energy to make a cup of tea never mind sound anything else.
Today I need to sort out DGDs bedroom, ready to fit the bunk beds in. At the moment the toys are threatening to overpower me! I see me having to be ruthless while she is at school. this morning I have noticed she has dry skin on her feet, so E45 on them. Will keep an eye on them.
another Battle brewing over Xbox again with DS. Dispite all said more has gone out of my bank account. So fed up I am considering changing my bank. He swears he doesn't know what it's for. Biggest said shed sorted it out with Xbox in November. So am really pieved now.
work is still busy. And I have plenty to do here as well. It's getting organised that's my problem.
My days never go as planned! Such is my world.
I did manage to stick to my guns and say no to twin2 asking for £20. As I did last week with her sister. But I do feel guilty about it.
Here is hoping that I can kick start my day better and achieve something today.
    Have a good day everyone.

A likely tale. Shake him until his teeth rattle and his memory starts working.
If you change your bank account all you will be doing is giving him the message that he can get away with stealing from you but that's ok and you'll sort it out anyway so he doesn't have to shift his lazy backside doing anything.

He probably is that dim. I disspare at him.
Spent all morning and early afternoon sorting DGDs room ready for the beds. Was so tired I went to bed at 3.15 for an hour or so. DS has been tidying his room. so we have dishes again.
Still so much to sort out in my messy home. But it took longer then a day to mess it up after all.

If he's that dim he can wave goodbye to being accepted by any of the armed services.

Sorry Mooloo, but he really is an irresponsible little !!!!!! He's not a young teenager anymore - you've just spent out for his 21st birthday, yet he still acts as if he is 13 ....soo.......treat him like a 13 year old! Confiscate the Xbox until he pays you what he owes you!

You cannot afford to keep on financing them - you're learning to say no to the twins - and now you have to say NO to DS as well!

{{hugs}} - you can do it, the world wont fall in ......
  • Maybe the army will be a good idea. He seems to flit about from one thing to another. The army will give him the structure he needs to succeed, not forgetting the pay, accommodation, and pension.

Who knows whether there will be a pension available to our age group when it is needed? I know I'm not taking a chance on that one.

I wouldn't like to get your DS's hopes up too high regarding the army ...but it doesn't harm to aim high - and it is getting more and more difficult to get through. Had he thought about joining the TA ? He would get paid, get training, and it would give him an insight as to whether it might be the right route for him.
  • Did Biggest manage to speak to Xbox?

When we tried to remove my DH's card from my DS' Xbox there was no way of removing it either on the actual Xbox or online (we had brought Gold Membership from Argos which was cheaper then direct from Xbox but they did auto-renewal).

Luckily DH's card got cancelled not long after so we never had the issue again.

Could you ask your bank for a new card which should have new card details on to stop this happening?
