Morning fellow MSE'rs
I had a pretty good weekend. Saturday I just did some housework, food shopping, DD1s dancing and the BIL and SIL came round in the evening. Sunday we had DSS from 11, so did homework with DD1 and then we all went for a walk to visit one of our geocaches that needed maintenance as the box was broken and we had a nice picnic by the reservoir while we were there :-) Then the evening brought MILs meal out for her birthday which we paid for hers and MIL. We had DSS who has adult meals so I spent £74 in total, £25 from my present fund!
Was chuffed with my MR T spend. Used a £6 off a £40 spend- our total was £40.68 :-) the closest I have got yet- week before last I hit £40.99! And we got another voucher! Savvy food shopping at the mo!
Then eb@y brought some nice surprises! I was aiming for £28 but in fact made £71 after all charges!
So together with last weeks sales means I have £101 to pay off the holiday! Hubby has also done £100 of website work which he said he will put towards it too!

Morning all.
This week has been hectic with kids homework and clubs :-/
My eb@y total is standing at £110.66 towards the holiday. I have £13 cheque to cash which I will add to it and hubby has some clothes to take to this place which we hopefully get a tenner for. Ill then top the amount up to £158 (so it drops below £400) and then pay it off :-)
Well I had my appraisal which was fab. My boss couldn't have been nicer and is talking about wanting to hire someone to do my admin that I can manage so I can take on more responsibility. She said this would mean a new job title and a higher salary! Part of me would love more of a challenge and definitely more money but that side of things is a little scary. But i feel like keeping the safe job that is easy is what i have always done and hitting 30 this year i need to think of the future. My colleague has hers today and we have known that hers isn't going to go well at all. My boss actually spoke about it a lot to me yesterday so I am really nervous. :-(
Anyone who wants to record spends please download moneywiz (thanks Brizzle) I absolutely love it. It is do easy to use and has really held back my spending as I don't like the idea of adding a cake or a drink to my accounts!
Today I do have to buy lunch. I have all the bits to go with my lunch but no sandwich so ill spend £1.60 on an m and S one. I'm not feeling too bad about it as I can't remember the last time I bought lunch!
Skittles match tonight which we have to win! We are top of the league with another team so if we win and they lose their match we win the league, if we both win or both lose then we are on the same points and they will have to work an aggregate. Worst case scenario- us losing and them winning! So keep your fingers crossed

well done on your appraisal. If your boss feels you are ready to take on more responsibility then go for it. You've obviously shown you are capable. have one of those to celebrateGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000

Thanks Starnac, I have mulled over it and I think a step up is the way to go...depending on if it materialises!
I have had a pretty good day. Work was good and then hubby took me out for lunch before I got the girls from school.
Not sure what is planned for the weekend. Tonight I am going to my best friend's house to celebrate her 30th birthday that was last week! She has been away so it will be good to see her.
Payday monday!Orange Fairy

Happy Fools Day everyone!
Just on my way to work. 8-6 today then 8-4 tomorrow and then off until Monday for my London trip with Nan, Mum and 2 of my Aunts. All paid for and we have prezz0 vouchers for dinner. So just what ever I decide to spend!
Sorted out a bit of childcare for the Easter hols. They have Monday at hubby's work, Tuesday and Wednesday at Tennis camp, Thursday at my mums and I have to check my Nan is okay for Friday! Then the second week I only work Monday but hubby is off. So £56 for tennis camp is the only spend.
Checked banking last night and moved money around- payday! Updated my sig with cc figures below and a total figure. I thought the cc figure would be less as hubby has been paying a lot off but there is my birthday next month so I can't really ask as that has probably absorbed some of his money.
Paid £198.65 off the holiday yesterday. Seems like a random amount but it was rounding it to a pound. £359 to pay! Hubby says he will put some website earnings towards it.
Need to decide how much to pay off Next this month. We need to get rid of Next, Sofas and Hubby's small card which are all earning interest!
Today;
Work hard
Pay cheque in
Buy Bras
Check banking
Reconcile moneywiz
Get some card requested by DDs for their egg decorating.
That's me :-)

Woohoo it's Wednesday! Just today and then 4 days off
Nothing much yesterday. I did spend £54 in M &S on underwear but I really needed a load. So I got 6 bras and then matching knickers. So I should be okay for a while. I am currently using only 3 so this will take the stress out of washing!
Staff meeting today which is a bit of a pain as I have a lot to do!
My last buy it now went for a fiver last night :-) All the !!!! leaving our house is a good feeling! There are 2 things I need to list but that's all I have lined up!
