Deep tissue massage sounds fab. I've just bought some swim sessions with my nectar doubled up points and noticed that the health club offers all kinds of massages. :)

  • so, 1lb on at my weekly weigh in. i reckon it's down to snacking on long work days (still avoiding chocs and sweeties) and not moving as i really don't do warm weather. that shouldn't be an excuse in the coming week.

just OPed the mortgage by my £5 green redeem, a £1.80 from sainsbugs that was cashed in yesterday and TTed to £10. updated sig and was tempted to get rid of the £2 odds but that would lead to another TT and i'm cautious about next month so I won't just yet. have just been OKed for some shopping by OH as he has a good moneyback deal from Amex but will stick to things that would otherwise be needed. hope everyone's having a good weekend.
