Hi INOD. Be kind to yourself. You've had a shock and need a bit of time.
I've appreciated your support over these past weeks, don't be too hard on yourself. I agree with Buffy and Greying, keep the faith - we are all here with you.OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

Thanks everyone. Your support is amazing and so gratefully received. I would type more but if I did I'd end up blubbing (in a good way! Did I mention I suffer with emotional incontinence?) I'm totally overwhelmed. Will be back tomorrow with hopefully the start of a cunning plan.

So a plan is starting to emerge. I think that being accountable for spends on here has helped me control my spending so I'm gonna take the same approach to my sugar. I'll post any activity and log any sins. Thanks you lot, in very tactful ways you've shown me that it's all about choice. I was taking the easy way out by saying it was beyond me. This is on a par with paying taxes. It just has to happen. I'm also going to book another set of bloods for six weeks time to see if this makes a difference. Ali, thanks for the invite but i'm not sure i'm ready for that.
OK onto money matters. transferred the extra £75 pm from OH, £3.29 cost of meal deal paid for with Boots points, £7.21 saved each month by changing the mortgage payment date and TT it all up to £90.36. updated my sig to reflect knowing this will change tomorrow as the payment goes out then. otherwise, all funds in place to meet the bills yay. am also going to tackle the garden as today's activity / exercise and in so doing will save a few pounds that will be used to OP tomorrow.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes.
