Sorry to hear the outcome of the dermatologist visit - must have been a shock. Have they only just found out about the side effects?:(
It's a shame you're still rushing around at work driving like a maniac, but good that the mortgage is going down.
I hate ironing! If I parcelled up mine and sent it over do you think Mr inod would do it for me?! He sounds a treasure!:D

He probably would do your ironing, it might get wrinkled in the post though. Having just made me breakfast in bed, he's down clunking things in the kitchen but that's his chosen domain. Dinner was more expensive than it should have been due to one person ordering extensively then declaring that she was short on her contribution that we had just split evenly. Wonder what would have happened if we had all said that! She had a bespoke cocktail, three courses then offered only £20! I don't get it. If you don't have the money, either say so upfront or don't order £8 drinks. Still, I've made it through the week and still have money in my purse. Continental market is in town so will see if OH is up for that. The joy is that I can use the work carpark at weekends so only about £1.20 in diesel costs. So, by the simple means of having stayed in pjs all day, I have so far managed an NSD. I have also identified three books to go to charity and/or to a friend's carboot stash. Some stuff has gone to recycling bin and there has been a cull of past their sell by dates socks. We also have reduced the contents of the freezer by bread needed for tomorrow's breakfast. We've even updated the list of freezer contents.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. That's lovely but all I do is pass on what I ran up major debts to hear from life coaches, spiritual healers, etc. added to the experience gained through consistently either making mistakes or by being paralysed by inertia.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. There's nothing like a PJ day for focusing the mind.....:)
Your dining companion sounds a bit of a dipstick. If she pulls that one again you ought to refuse to pay her bit and direct her to the restaurant kitchen and the washing up bowl!

No you don't
You would never talk about a friend like this (Susan Jeffers anyone;))
We both know this kind of I am crap thinking gets us no where. You are doing fine, I am too, just some days we can't see the wood for all the trees telling us BS.

For a change, it wasn't actually crap thinking, probably just a badly worded sentiment. Was trying to say that I'd spent fortunes and too much time on wrong things, I'm just glad if other people now get the benefit of that. So much for NSD, got a call from dd looking a lift that resulted in a detour for mcflurries. Not just a spend but ice cream, at half past ten never a good idea. Today there's laundry that needs done, grocery shopping and I have to call to my mother's. Such fun! I do have a £3 off a £20 in tesco so that will give me something to op to the mortgage.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes.
