  • I love rainbows. I see them everywhere and when I do I always think that there is someone/something out there looking out for me. It seems they are looking out for you two too x.

  • Ok so a beyond manic weekend. Funeral went ok uncle was 92 and hadn't been himself for a while. Wedding was exceptional. Limited fuss and feathers but I've never seen a more consistently happy bride than my niece. Another manic day today to be reported on later this week but meanwhile, I'm grateful for

Sounds like you need the bed more than anything.
Can I also recommend reflexology as a way of relaxing but not necessarily from a beauty salon? I attend a naturopath to keep me sane during my hectic schedule - yes she is expensive but it is the way I am getting through my masters - and it absolutely makes a difference to me. The reflexology is amazing and helps to calm and remove my stresses....

    Sleep tight x

  • Hey hon

So glad the funeral and wedding went well :)

Agree with Magsnoodle about reflexology. I had it through the last 3 months of pregnancy & swear it was the reason I only had a 24 minute labour (don't hate me!!). It really can help as certain areas of your body can be concentrated on. It's worth a thought.

Have a less frantic day tomorrow! x

  • Hey peeps, thanks for all the good wishes and advice. Only prob with reflexology is that I'm foot phobic. Don't like to see them or to have anyone touch them. Can't wear anything open toed and despise the sight of toe cleavage. Apart from that I'm really well adjusted ;)

  • Toe cleavage, now that is a new one on me, I like the sound of that! I am at the opposite end of the spectrum. I love having pedicures, and exposing my brightly coloured tootsies.
