  • If I don't restrict the talk to once a month, he'll throw the head up. Busy day at work. Brought lunch and fruit so no spends there. Had to go to shops to pick up a birthday card and present for my brother. This was however a budgeted expense. Rummaged thru my drawer in work and got an unexpected £1 coin. That's this week's mortgage overpayment so far. Am out on site visits for Tuesday and Wednesday which will include an overnight stay. Will bring a lunch and snacks for tomorrow and can claim back dinner and lunch costs for Wednesday. We'll be in a fairly remote area so there'll be little chance for spends. Hopefully the wifi will be good in the hotel.

Sounds like things are all going in the right direction - especially with your monthly chats with OH.
