Hit an internal work issue yesterday which may be a camel back breaking one. It's a matter of principle but not one I feel I can back away from. I'm just going to have to see how things pan out.
So today, got up and hit m&s early acquiring two chooks plus several whoopsied items some of which have already been eaten for dinner. Also went to back lodged my inbox £s cheques plus £8 in change and visited local supermarket where I spent £27 to avail of my £5 off. So op to be made tomorrow once I fire up the desktop
Also, did a chazza run inc the dress worn yesterday. A silk jaeger shift that was starting to show wear and tear. I've had it about six years so it owes me nothing. Some other pieces are also gone. I think my major clothes kondo was of the obvious dumps. Things are now emerging on a more gradual basis that need to go.
Today I also cleaned the fridge and dumped a half bottle of tonic, about an eighth of a torte and some grapes that were fine two days ago. Still, there is now a bit of a meal plan. Tomorrow I want to get some things put up on walls and to do something with the work top in the utility room. It seems cluttered but I'm not sure why.
Tonight I am grateful for
Contact from the parasites
A lovely dinner

well, reminded OH to clear out paypal, £co, tcb, etc so that plus ldgement, voucher saving and reimbursement of expenses has made a bit more of a dent in the mortgage. look at my sig before the start of september payment goes out. it's now all headng in the right direction. would love a wee bit of a windfall to get the payments to £10k.
i've also sorted out 5 items that OH will put on ebay, 3 BNWT, 2 barely worn. am hoping to get a minimum of £20 if they sell.
anyhow, things to get done although the temptation to spend a day on here is great.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. More VHS videos reviewed and kondoed. Pine blanket box to DS room removing the need for the overflowing cardboard box in which he stores shoes. Why? Who knows?

Given that the two people who could have dealt with the issue are male, large holes have appeared in the sand to assist head burying. Spoke to a friend over lunch yesterday and she has given me a half way house that puts the ball firmly in their court. Will do that today. So, yesterday I submitted my expenses which should give me the spending money for my October holiday. I also dealt with my employee issue moving towards a performance improvement stage. Apart from that, there was little done other than completing a to do list to hopefully provide structure to today.
I then returned home and cried my way through eastenders.
One thing that I did manage yesterday was to forego my day off tomorrow by arranging an 11 o'clock meeting in dublin so that's me occupied from eight to three. It's just beyond a joke at present.
Still, need to get things moving. Hopefully today will be busy and I'll be one day closer to the weekend before I know it.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. It's more an offer of a way out without the issue of an ultimatum. It puts the ball firmly in other people's court. It will also provide me with a more informed way forward if I don't get the resolution I seek.
Well, today we got lots done even though it only got finished up ten mins or so ago. Had to do a prescription run at lunchtime so a cheap lunch was purchased from the home bakery. Still need to head to bed. Need to pick up a colleague at half seven tomorRow and another at ten to eight then onwards to dublin.
