No spend March for me - no need to go to the shops in the next few days and no intention of doing so. Have hurt my leg - been bothering me on and off for a while and in the rush to get jobs done (want/need to sell the house) I overdid things and the doctor said I had to rest it. Only went out today to take Mother's Day card and present and it was a struggle. Very glad to be back home.

First spend of the year though I may not keep it. £8.99 on a onesie from A!di! If it doesn't fit - I am tall - my pal, who is shorter than me, will be getting an extra 'Easter egg'.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.

Away in Peterborough this week. Have been round the shops but have managed to exert a little self control. Popped into Fat Face as I have some vouchers but didn't buy anything.
I can't believe it. I have nearly completed the whole month with NO clothes spend.

I'm so proud to announce a no spend march! :D first no spend month yet! yay!

Lots of temptations but have been an absolute angel :D I've been loving the daisy patterned tops I've been seeing everywhere so managed to get 30 applique daisies for about £2 on ebay (This is craft supply spending not clothes spending for me :D) and I'm going to make my own daisy top using one I've already got. I know mum's bought me a top from Urban outfitters sales instead of an Easter egg (I'm slimming :P) but won't be receiving that until april.

  • Spent £10 on a pair of canvas trainers in Sainsbobs as I really need some lighter weight summer shoes, so not a no spend month but still well within target :)

This month I was given a pair of pyjamas for my birthday present, and bought a pair of really nice cargo trousers from eBay for £3.71, which are my new gardening trousers.

The trousers were from my Paypal balance, which I don't include in this challenge, so I can report a No Spend month on clothes

    So I'm running at £4/£300

I can't believe it, to be honest!
