Morning All
Well I've been awake for a couple of hours but I lay in bed for a bit and read. I'm up now and dressed and I've completed the AR for Scouts - I'd already done it and then had an email saying it wasn't done - when I've checked I had missed a tick off!
I'm going to spend the next hour or so doing some more Scouting paperwork and then see where I go from there.
Have a good day all
Hugs

Morning all
Weather was awful here first thing but has blown through for the minute which is good as DS1 is working outside this morning so that will slightly reduce the moaning at lunch time.
Bossy thanks for the hug, I think the root of my problem is my hormones combined with lack of sunlight, need to give myself a good talking too.
Going to make a cuppa for DS2 and get him and DS3 up then shower and start my list. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Morning all,
Having a bit of a CBA morning. Had an argument with DS already - it was raining so I offered to drive and help with his paper round, but he said no. Then when I had no time left to help he played the poorly card & made me feel awful. He left so late that he didn't get back before I left for work & that always stresses me out for the whole day.
Then I reaslised that I had put my top on inside out  and when I put it on the right way, it was so covered in deoderant marks, I had to completely change.:o
On a positive note I have:
Scrubbed the kitchen sink
WM x1
I'll try to do a few bits from the list when I get home from work.
Friday Hall, stairs, landing and office spaces
15 minutes ....
Hoover and Mop all these areas
Got 30 minutes....
Clear your desk and give it a good wipe

Dusty have you thought about one of those SAD lamps? I use mine every day it's not sunny from autumn til spring and it does help; DH got mine from Fleabay and it doesn't cost a lot - may be worth considering?
Weather sounds awful against our window so I'm not planning on going out but got a feeling DH may want to - we'll see. Been plodding around picking stuff up and putting it away so not too bad in here but always lots to do!
Going to sort out paperwork etc today and make sure I'm on top of everything. Sorted kids PE kits and coats yesterday; will do cheques for lunches today and get them out of the way.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
The weather's terrible here  I dropped DD1 off to work otherwise she has to walk down an unlit main road with no path and over-hanging trees both sides. It's now darker outside than it was at 8am! Now it's pelting down and the wind's howling down the chimney
I need to go to pay money into the bank. Had planned to walk down there via my parents but I don't think that'll be happening now, think I'll wait til I pick DD1 up later.
I've unloaded and reloaded the DW and WM and unloaded part of the airer, not everything was dry  I never did finish my budget stuff so that is a must for this morning.0 -
Morning all
I decided to sort my list before catching up with the thread - did it the other way round and got nowhere yesterday.
Windy but dry here today, but apart from taking DS1 somewhere to collect something (tank for a lizard, I believe) I have no plans to go out. Wasted most of yesterday following OH around shops.
Plan is to check when DS1 wants to go, have another cuppa with a bit of a catch-up and get stuck in. I'll post a HHC later or join in with any that are going.0 -

my list
Write a New Toots List (this is a list of all the jobs you want to get done from decorate a room, hang a picture etc) - burn or bin your old one (you can have a sneaky compare if you like). Now go through and put the month in which you are going to do the tasks next to them. We tend to over estimate how much we will achieve in the short term and under estimate what we can achieve in the longer term.
christmas cutlery charger plates etc to box and put away
tree and deccys down and put away properly
sort through shoes that were put away before christmas and declutter some
finish scarecrow on stocking
make 2 thank you cards for next weekSPC~12 ot 124
