Roxy hair loss after bubba is something that happens to lots of ladies. I lost handfuls with DD1 but it never happened with her younger brothers or sister. I know this doesn't help you but it will get better with time.
Long walk with DH and DD2 on her scooter. Our original planned route was flooded so we had to retrace our steps.
The kitchen is returned to its pre Christmas state. We still have some lights up. DH is taking all the remaining decs down when I am working tomorrow.
All downstairs has been hoovered and up the first set of stairs. We still have no plug for the kitchen sink. It's very annoying.0 -

Happy New Year ladies - I'm back!
Been very busy since OH and I split up back in August, but everything has worked out fine and we are the best of friends.
I've been keeping on top of the house flywise, but not had chance to read the threads for months so hope life is treating you all kindly and lovingly.
Will join you next week for flying "orders".
It's good to be back

Evening all! I was going to pop in and post that I would be rubbish today, as I had no sleep (really loud ticking clock and a migraine) plus work today, but logged on and saw it was the bedroom...which I did on NYE! All of it! It is still looking fantabulous so I have officially given myself the day off
Am going to make a cup of tea now and take myself off to bed. I know, it's stoopid early, but needs must. Catch you all tomorrow.
p.s. My hair was falling out by the clump until recently, when I switched to the 'Naked' range (sulphate, paraben and silicone free) from a well known shop that rhymes with 'Hoots'. It's available online too - just be careful when looking up 'naked' :rotfl: - make sure you add 'hair styling products' too or it won't be SFW. It smells yummy, isn't too expensive and I'm hooked. Great for curly girls too.:A FLY FIRST, KNIT LATER :A0 -

Evening all
DD is home so I have spent today doing laundry and tidying up after her :rotfl: Seriously that is basically all I've done all day since she got home at lunch time, prior to that I had a long lie in and then a bath in peace :rotfl:
One of my neighbours has just called for a parcel and given me a box of shortbread as a thank you as I always take the parcels inSo they've been put away so I can enjoy them when the rest of the goodies have gone
Off to put another wash load on, lost count of how many I've done nowCreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
We took our tree down tonight. Tried to kid the little treats were there all along but DS had seen them on the counter at the play centre :rotfl: doesn't miss a trick, that one
So everything is in spare room, will be organised tomorrow and returned to loft - kids can play upstairs for a while as I scoot up and down the steps.
Supper and bed for meI need sleep...

I've been following as a trial run since Monday and it has made a real difference to how much I've accomplished. So I'd like to join properly and stick with it for the rest of the year.
