Back to work today so not much flying for me today and none from the list but I've managed to S&S bathroom and toilets, DW x1, cleared and cleaned surfaces in the kitchen and put a tasty beef stir fry on the table for tea for us allHappiness is not getting what you want - it's wanting what you have

Roxy hair loss after bubba is something that happens to lots of ladies. I lost handfuls with DD1 but it never happened with her younger brothers or sister. I know this doesn't help you but it will get better with time. .Roxy, i recently had my DD who is now 8 weeks old.
My hair is falling out pretty bad too but I know from my DS that it does come back... Just have loads of baby hair for ages
p.s. My hair was falling out by the clump until recently, when I switched to the 'Naked' range (sulphate, paraben and silicone free) from a well known shop that rhymes with 'Hoots'. It's available online too - just be careful when looking up 'naked' :rotfl: - make sure you add 'hair styling products' too or it won't be SFW. It smells yummy, isn't too expensive and I'm hooked. Great for curly girls too.
Thank you lovely ladies in going to find this naked brand, there is one other that I have had my eye on but its not very mse.
Havent done alot since this afternoon but will make another start now.0 -
Not as much flying done today as I would like, seems to have just flown in today. DS3 got up covered in blood (nose bleed in the night) so all boys bedding done and put back on again.
DS1 down in a sore throat and DS3 completely dosed so meds all day and all sleepy on the sofa.
Going to get kids to bed, load dw and wm then head to bed.

Have vigorously flown at work. However, in order to sort the cupboards they first had to be emptied..and I haven't got everything back in yet  so will probably go in again tomorrow. Stuff has been flung though. And I have now found a home for everything I had squirrelled away while I had no base;)
Came home, ironed line dried (well not quite dry) washing.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Roxy.. during pregnancy the hormones stop the normal hair loss so once baby is about 4 months oldish all those hormones drop massively and the hair that should have fallen out does.. all at once.. it is replaced with new hair.. if you look at the base of your hair you probably have lots of very small baby hair growing.. Mine is exactly the same.. it has been falling out in handfuls for about 3 weeks.. I'm not bald yet!!! Nothing you do can stop it, it is all perfectly natural.
I have to clean the brush 2 or 3 times when brushing my hair and I find it everywhere.. I dragged 4 out of the back of my clothes earlier.
It will stop in a few weeks quite of its own accord.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
I'm afraid I haven't been around over Christmas as I got the lurgy and was poorly for most of it (which sucked!!).
This week I am frantically writing a 2500 word essay but I will be back attempting to fly next week! Just popped in to say hello
And HAPPY NEW YEAR!!0 -
Evening everyone, ill be back as of tomorrow morning .... after a whole month of feeling rubbish (full of cold). i finally dragged myself to the drs today after feeling even worse the last few days. ive been given antibiotics and altho i still feel utterly C#@p i need to get back to flying looking around each room is depressing. i managed to keep on top of it all so well while pregnant it looks like a tip in most if not all rooms now and its really getting me down. on the upside (or downside) ive book an app for contraception so as much as i love babies and pregnancy there wont be any more babies anytime soon (while there wont be any more ever if it was upto DP but we will see) ive got mixed emotions about the fact DP is adamant he doesnt want anymore ... but thats for another day ...
DS2 is the bestest baby .... (he has a good mummy) hes so content and much happier now hes on formula so as much as im still punishing myself im glad i made a the decision .... i cant moan just like DS1 its been a doddle so far .... (exept the whole BF thing)
off to sort 'chunk' and get some rest see you all tomorrow200 weeks £25,000.00 / £7000 -
Thank youpigpen is been so long since the first I've forgotten it all, including the current four month sleep regression. She just doesn't want to sleep by herself.
Have cleared my bedroom floor and will go through some baby clothes to sort what is to find new homes and what is to keep.0 -
Optimistic mummy, I went through the same thing as you, don't be hard on yourself, sometimes it's just not meant to be. Tiny is a different baby on formula but my first was fine on breast.0
